Everything was well maintained

The room was clean although the carpet looked like it needed cleaning. I don't like carpet because it hides dirt. I prefer hard flooring like ceramic tile because It is more hygienic especially given the turnover of guests. All staff was kindly and attemptive. Congratulations to them. The breakfast is very good, with a variety of food. The parking is also very good, with available spaces and easy access to the lobby. Room access security is excellent as well, requiring the use of an access card. However, I do think that access to the parking area—for both people and vehicles—should also be controlled.

Great place to stay i recommend

This is our second time here. Only bummer was the jacuzzi was cold and the light continuously flickered so bad it gave us a headache and couldn’t stay out there. Breakfast was awesome we loved the set up and the touchscreens for the coffee. Staff was amazing as usual . One suggestion would be to please fix the elevators it started skipping levels and it made everyone in there freak out. Outside the property isn’t the best but the hotel itself is great.

Everything was good. Location not in the best neighborhood but the hotel its self was very clean and staff was very friendly. We stayed on the third floor and noticed there was no ice machine to be found.

La zona es bien fea llena de gente drogada

The room was okay, however the carpets were pretty dirty and you can hear a lot of noise going on around your room. The staff were friendly and the free breakfast was nice.

From checking in to checking out was great! Staff was nice and efficient. The only part that I felt should be said inregarfs to location of property was the fact that there's alotta homeless but over all it didn't really bother us too much to ruin our vacation as we pretty much left early and didn't return back for pretty much the whole day and once in the room we dosnt go or have to leave again. As a housekeeper myself room was very clean , the only thing that I had to call front desk about was the vanity mirror light as it would come on but was very dim to where it obviously needed to be change but of course I didn't let that ruin our stay, tho it was minor overall my family and I had a great time in Los Angeles 😊

Do not like the area. Did not feel safe. manager was nice to refund a day because we wanted to leave. room smelled like smoke and ac machine was very loud

The staff were friendly; the rooms and hotel were clean.

Very clean rooms and common area, the breakfast was great and the staff was exceptionally friendly.

They kept my deposit & all we did was sleep there for a few hours, in-between traveling. I still have not received anything & there were no damages to the room.

Reception by Patty was excellent. She made check in easy and covered all amenities , parking, etc

The elevator we used was a little slow, but I believe there was another one to use; we just didn’t get around to using the other one. The bathroom sink drained a bit slow. However, everything else was great: cleanliness, wonderful staff, good breakfast, parking, etc. We would stay again!
