Passable

Room was a good value My co-workers room had AC that did not work,

Location Bathroom shower is hard to turn on

Enjoyed our stay, tv was hard to navigate.

The pool area looked really nice but we didn't have the time to use it. I'll definitely be back. It was the perfect place for me!

The courtyard and cafe Bed, bathroom (needs update and larger shower), elevator is way to slow, housekeeping came over on the last day an hour before mandatory checkout time.

The front desk staff were nice and helpful. My room was on the first floor so I could hear everything going on by the front desk like people talking laughing and coming in/ out. Which caused me to not get much sleep. Also the bed was uncomfortable it made my back hurt. The makeup towel had dry foundation on it and the shower handle is opposite of the labels of h/c. Other than that it was alright to just be there for 2 nights.

We start here each time we come to LA. The location is great and the hotel is wonderful. I love the courtyard. The first time I saw it, I knew we'd be coming back. The pool is always nice. Rooms are great, clean. Staff is always really friendly and helpful.

Literally the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had and I travel for work a lot.

Rating on various websites is average but reality is much better, only 1 block away from Route 66, good and protected parking, nice pool. Certainly good for a longer stay. Capacity of the elevators

Old and needs renovation

Not sure if I’ve ever stayed somewhere so devoid of charm. Images are quite misleading. The property long over due for a real renovation. At present it feels more like a nursing home than a boutique hotel. Service was perfunctory at best. Cheap mattress and linens. Neighborhood is ok, but not at all walkable. That said,it was clean.

Their housekeeping get off very early every day and they forgot to clean the room for guests that have multiple nights stay

Staff looked after us, in the end we ended up in a lovely room The location sucked, didn't feel safe outside walking at night. My mistake not theres.

Well positioned to get around Hollywood tourist spots. The metro is nearby and buses are frequently on the route. Great sized bedrooms, we had a room facing into the lovely courtyard which looks pretty at night with the lights on. Breakfast in the Bistro is lovely - the ladies preparing and serving the meals are super attentive and friendly. Tasty dishes with a good range of items on the menu, we had something varied every day. The only let down for me is there is no evening restaurant or bar. You need to order in takeaway or go out. The staff are really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable of the local area.

The old hotel with terrible customer service. Loss of the money The hotel is old , dirty and dangerous. The front desk managers are not educated to hospitality. Not recommended at all to anyone.
