Very nice staff! I appreciated the hard flooring in the room. It was a comfortable stay. I really appreciate the 24 hour front desk too. That was perfect for my road trip. Some outdoor seating would be nice

It’s an older property that was a good value for the money
-
Big bang for your money nothing fancy clean served it’s purpose Everything was good

This is a bare-bones property, fridge was unplugged (probably to save electricity), one towel, obviously nothing had been updated. That said, the owners are so very sweet and earnest and likely struggle to have guests stay in a place called Los Banos. It's convenient to grocery stores, etc. but everything is paved over, so no real beauty surrounds the property. Again, owners are SO sweet.

pillows were clearly several years old so thin they left me hurting in the morning ive been to cheaper hotels that had better pillows and towels

Staff was very friendly / convenience of location Very outdated, didn’t look or feel as clean, other people hair and stains on the blankets, sheets, in the shower. Floors and walls are pretty filthy. Lamp shades has stains all over them, towels were very old, used, stained up too. It was hard to get someone on the phone when I called the day before. Didn’t reach someone until the next day.

Outside was well kept. Buildings were old and needed some repair. No hot water. Took cold shower. Broken latch on door. Broken lamps. Fridge was not on & needed to wait after finding dial was broken. Phone not working. Not secure lock if wanting to open window for fresh air.

Photos are at least 30 years old. Nice helpful south Asian couple run/probably own the place. Basic accommodation with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Was supposed to be garden view room away from hiway noise but got a room near the back with shower only.

The desk attendant was very friendly and nice. The room was so dated! It was lost in the 70’s. The lamps, bedspread, furniture was all old. The painter had spilled paint everywhere. We were uncertain about cleanliness . They had written the hotel name on the pillows, mattress pad etc in sharpie..

Entering the room was like walking into the 1960s. Old and outdated. Dusty and unacceptable. If i wasn't prepaid , i would have left immediately.
