Cons: - Rooms and interior of property are a bit aged. There was some carpet issues on the second floor; adhesive let loose in a few places. Not terrible. - Parking lot is kinda tight. I had a small utility trailer, so it was noticed. Pros: - Front desk manager was extremely friendly and helpful. Very rare these days. I actually enjoyed our short visit. Apologies to him for not remembering his name. - Here's the best part, although the AC was of the older style PTAC, it allowed me to adjust the fan and temp where I was comfortable ALL NIGHT. The newer hotels are ridiculous with this. - Plenty of close-by food options. - Quiet stay. Final word: I'll definitely stay here again when I'm back through this area. Wonderful staff and comfy room.

Pool was good, indoor Nice lobby Kerb appeal, it appeared to have more contractors than holiday makers looking at the car park. Consequently carpets etc are worn. At the side of a dual carriageway with nothing to walk, or drive to, purely a stop over going from San Francisco to LA

Good location, in-room amenities (refrigerator, microwave, coffee) TV satellite poor connection, uncomfortable beds, hard pillows, loud A/C made continual ringing sound, no A/C in bathroom; overall lacks value to amount paid. I've paid similar amount for nicer room.

I was very upset that the spa was not working when I booked the room. It was mainly for the spa and nobody told me that it was not working or I would’ve not have booked the room there I would’ve gone to another hotel.

It’s in a good location. The beds are so high up and I’m short so it’s hard getting in.
