The location and the creek behind the property. There was a dead roach in the room we stayed at. I booked for 2 adults and 2 kids, saw two towels in the room and asked for more towels, we were told that the owner wasn’t there and so they couldn’t give us more towels?? It was around 3pm. The bed sheets were stained, there was trash under the bed, the toilet would pop up and move when sat on even with our kids, the light in the bathroom was hanging off the ceiling, the bathroom window led to someone’s personal outdoor garden?? I expected more for $130 plus a night.

Yes, they didnt have my reservation. The place was like a ghost town. He could have offered me a reasonable price under the circumstances. Also, he came out in boxers and a dirty t shirt. The place looked like a dump. I

I really thought it was a cozy welcoming hotel...with a cute colorful vibe!the room was clean had closet space and the bathroom was kept with shampoo and soap provided! I loved the colors of the building and decorative outdoors felt like I was on a vacation away from home! I was there only one night so there was nothing bad I could say just maybe the location had nothing waking distance things were spread out gas and food and there seemed to be homeless walking around...so definitely something to worry about..

The location was good. The staff is very nice. The rooms are clean.

Owners lie about payment!! Don’t pay online they will say did not receive, must pay at property office!! Stop lying about payment processing!!

I am disabled and informed them of this in advance and they were personally using the disabled room and placed me on the second floor, but I could not climb the stairs and asked for a first floor and they said it would be $10 extra a night for a first floor room, which was the deluxe room. The TV didn’t work. There was no coffee or tea service. The weather strap at the bottom of the door was missing. The room was extremely noisy being right next to highway 152. And overall the room was tired originally I booked it at $48 a night and wound up paying close to $80 a night. I could not recommend anyone stay here.

I am a disabled senior and had difficulty bending over to plug them in this is ridiculous !!! THIS IS WINTER, not exactly warm outside!!

There’s a canal right behind the hotel that has about 30 ducks that are very people friendly and a gas station next door that sells little duck food baggies for a dollar each! The constant road noise was coming through due to the large gap under the door so it made sleep difficult.

Staff unable to provide us with adequate towels. Had to check in thru a window, no front reception area.

The room was supposed to be nonsmoking but smelled like cigarettes. The bed is all springs and the lock on the door is broken and there are just people hanging outside the rooms. Did not feel safe and definitely not clean. Literally left 5 minutes after checking in. Also the deposit is cash only but you dont know that until you get there.

Room to park my small RV. Decent breakfast place next door with a discount for breakfast. Clean and inexpensive. Staff is nice. Pretty dated. Towels had an odd odor. Small packets of shampoo were hard to open.

Nice and clean, nice staff, very noisy street. Could easily hear other guest. Not the best part of town, but not scary either. Bare bones. Plug in your frig, didn't get as cold as I would like. No coffee maker, no drinking cups, not many towels, but, again, clean and a decent bed. G
