Beds are always comfortable and staff is nice breakfast is amazing will always stay here when in town

The spa jets could not be used because they shot water into the air like a geyser flooding the area. Ripped umbrellas. Asked for two blankets and only got one. Had to wait again while agent took a crib to another room. General uncleanliness and lack of customer service surprised us as we have stayed there years ago. Hotel obviously has a new owner now. Very disappointed and will not stay again.

It was not too well. I wanted one room for 5 people, that fifth person was my little 4 year old. He still sleeps with me and due to that we had to get charged for an extra room that we did NOT need at all! Only for one little toddler; it's ridiculous. I know the employees emphasized policy is due to prevent: drinking, noise, issues, etc. I agree if they are all adults but when there is a family of kids it's different. I believe it's only to charge people more. They take advantage that you cannot cancel unless a fee is charged; never will I go back to best western. Some of the rooms are perfect for 4,5 even 6 people; if it's 2 adults and a bunch of toddlers/small kids. They should accommodate kids even if theyre a family of 5 or more. What if there is a family of 7 with twins and they all have kids that vary between the ages of 1-12; are they gona send the babies all separate with one parent each group. Most dads dont know how to handle a variety of kids. Ultimately, kids will start screaming and crying. Of course other guests at the hotel will be upset: request a refund, change of rooms or start a problem. No one will want to go to hotels like this again. People take trips to be with their immediate family, especially if they are below 12 years old. This policy should not exist for families with kids. All was nice but my sheets, they smelled like pee and the breakfast area was too small.

CLose to relative we were visiting. Breakfast was pretty good in comparison to the LaQunita. The room had an odor that was not pleasant. Room 216.

Room was very basic and nothing exciting. Plenty of parking. Check-in was a hassle. They wanted a credit card in case of damages. I provided 2 of them and the stupid chip reader didn't work. They don't have a tap option and it's 2026!! Breakfast ends at 9 and staff didn't want to give us some food even when we were 6 mins late. Oh well. Hotel is good for a 1 or 2 night stay. I wouldn't do over 3 nights. Breakfast place next door was amazing. Highly recommend that for a visit.
