Staff were super friendly, fast and helpful. Breakfast was honestly great for a free breakfast! The pool was a nice size and temperature. Would absolutely stay here again.

This hotel is top tier and in one of the best locations you could ask for. Everything is literally at your fingertips if you stay at this hotel and the hotel itself does not disappoint. I highly recommend that anyone stay here at this hotel if you find yourself in the NE side of Louisville!

The property was very well maintained. On late arrival it was a very safe area. Checking was very easy the staff was excellent. I left my wallet at home (if was prepaid in advance) I was able to use my son’s credit card for incidence at check-in and there was no issue. The staff was super nice. Breakfast was exceptional. The room was excellent and we slept wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will be coming back. I have a few more times to visit this area for business and I will be choosing this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was excellent, with a great variety and high quality. The interior design, especially the warm wooden décor, created a cozy and relaxing atmosphere that made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The overall experience was very pleasant, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Room was big, and clean.

Lovely, spacious room. We were on the Brownsboro Rd side and it was a little noisy — not sure of the source— but it didn’t keep me awake. NO noise from within

The room was your standard room.A nice feature they had that night of our stay was a free dinner buffet ( which we didn't know about) Then we had a breakfast buffet in the morning.The front desk staff was out to lunch so to speak as me and another guest waited for someone to appear.There was only one person manning the front desk.To my arrival from the front desk was a sign stating one of their elevators were out of order.This made things very inconvenient not to mention hazardous with the amount of people that were staying there.Maybe that was why the room was cheaper that day and dinner was offered.Northern Kentucky will be on our radar in the future but as far as the hotel service was nothing extra.
