Only issues we had with our stay was the AC going out on the third day and the inconvenience of moving to another room and then the room cards not functioning the fifth day we were there. Otherwise the stay was enjoyful. The location is great next to stores and restaurants.

The breakfast could be better. The eggs aren’t great. They don’t have coffee creamer. The beds hurt our necks and backs. The doors in our room were hard to open and close, and our light switches weren’t working properly. Other than that, we liked the front desk employee's they were so nice, and the cleanliness of the place. The washer and dryer facility helped us a lot as well.

This was an amazing stay. The facility was spotless. My room was great. Even the lobby was nice. Beautiful fire pits

The complimentary breakfast was good, and the breakfast area was spacious and well maintained. Since TownePlace Suites and Fairfield Inn share the property, guests have access to a nice range of amenities. Overall, we had a very positive experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and we would gladly stay here again.

Everything was fine the durning our stay. The morning of check out. I slipped on water by the elevator and fell hard on my knee.. We had to cancel plans for our last day in Kentucky which disappoinyed the boys. I HAVE A 3 1/2 hour drive back to Columbus, Ohio. I went to urgent this was almostba 4 hour ordeal getting xrays trying to find a open pharmacy in a city that I am unfamilar with even with gps on a swollen knee was irratating. I know the phramacy part wasnt the fault of the hotel but the water on the floor triggered a very long and dreadful day. We didnt make it back in town to have dinner with my husband on Father's day because I had to keep stopping because I was extremely uncomfortable. Trying to find a place to.stop where to boys arent goi g to ne bored asking are we there yet added another challenge. It was a lot and if someone was on top of mopping the lobby. It would not have ruined thr next couple of days for me.

The rooms were definitely outdated and worn. They for sure needed new bedding, pillows and furniture. The bathroom had alot of water damage and the shower stall was crap, along with the water pressure. Probably the lowest pressure I've ever experienced at a hotel.

This is a beautiful property and is in a great location. Close to shops and restaurants. The staff were super nice and accommodating as well. Breakfast hours could be longer.

Reported it to the front desk. He offered to move us & leave a note for the manager. We agreed, asked for a large bag to put our stuff in to quarantine them. While packing for the new room I found roaches crawling out of a garbage bin The new room was on the same floor so I went to check it. They gave us a room with only 1 bed. We booked a room with 2 beds so, no Back to front desk. He said it was early & no other rooms are available yet. I asked what options we had. He said we could take our things with us & he would leave a note for nightshift to get us in a different room but he wasn't sure if a 2 bed room would be available. Nope, that won't work for us. We're in town to vend an event, will need to pack it up that night & it'll be hard to fit a large bag our things were in & 2 beds are a must. He said the only option was to check out a night early & not be charged for that night. I agreed to that & told him room was prepaid through Hotels.com. He said that refunding us for the unused night wasn't a problem because of the reasons we were checking out Called hotels.com Tuesday to see if the refund had been started. It hadn't so cust. service would reach out to them Received a response that they tried to contact the property a few times, but couldn't get approval for a refund Oh, and the dishwasher in our room (314) didn't work

I will book again. Everything was great. No complaints.
