Rooms were clean. Staff very helpful and nice. Are where hotel is fine. Close to a lot of fast food. Parking very accessible. Good breakfast.

Booked a King room but end up with a double bed room.

Staff was fantastic, super clean, comfortable bed. When I booked online, it said breakfast was included. At check in I was informed that breakfast was only Monday-Friday and I was staying on a Friday night so I wouldn’t be able to have complimentary breakfast.

Our reserved room was not available when we got there. The staff member blamed the third party booking. Very frustrating to reserve a suite for a family stay and end up in a smaller room. We still got a room and it was cheaper than what we reserved but still disappointing. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast, nothing special.

There was several times that there was Noone at the front desk. The staff would be away tending to other hotel business. There should be some kind of sign at the desk letting the customer know someone stepped away, or a bell to alert them.

The deposit i made still hasn't came off my card and its been a week now
