HIDDEN IN THE FINE PRINT!!!! What they DON'T Tell you on the listing ... unless you click a special button regarding Check In ... This place does not have a lobby to check in with 24/7. So if you arrive after 7pm and don't call ahead of time, you lose out on your room for the night. They take your money for the night, your reservations are cancelled and you have to do a mad dash to figure out where to stay. They claim there is a number on the front door, there is not. Hidden on a unlit side window is a number to a night "manager" who is an off property person who I assume is close by for emergencies. None of which include accessing reservations after 7pm. I would have never booked this room had I known, because my flight landed in Cincinnati at 7:30pm. I could not have made the 7pm check in had it been clearly listed and I would have booked a hotel at nearly the same price just a couple of exits away. People need to know. It can land travellers in a very tough situation. Ive never had a check in issue like this in my life. Be very weary.

I was not impressed with this place at all. It was not nearly as nice as they advertise it to be. The Premium room might be larger but the Upgrade room was quite small. Felt very cramped in it. Would not recommend this place and would not stay again.

The rooms were clean. Being an extended stay, I expected standard kitchen gear. There was nothing to cook with, eat on or with. No pots/pans, plates, flatware, utensils. Just a 2 burner stove. You did get 2 disposable plastic cups, 1 hotel size bar of soap, and you received 1 roll of toilet paper to last 2 people a week. They sent you home with the towels. They didn't want them back. Office hours were very short. Opening at 11am closed at 6 I think. Staff was friendly when they were there. They were repairing the stairs while we were there. There weren't any 1st floor rooms for ADA access. The elevator was more work to get to, then back to the room, then just fighting the stairs when available. It was priced low, but I did expect a little more then we received.

It was close to shopping areas. Had a refridgerator and microwave. Most of the guest were actually tenants, room was dusty and smelled like smoke. Neighbor played loud music into the night, walls paper thin- I could hear every conversation in each neighbors room. Non-smoking facility but neighbor would smoke right infront of my room door. They do not refund you if you decide to leave the facility before your check out day. I was able to leave days earlier then I planned on staying, and I was told no refunds, I had to pay for the entire time I booked. I understand that is their policy, I left a week earlier than expected but it would have been nice to accomodate and work something out. Nonetheless, the location, room cleanliness, neighbors and even the shower pressure was shitty.
