I was not impressed with this place at all. It was not nearly as nice as they advertise it to be. The Premium room might be larger but the Upgrade room was quite small. Felt very cramped in it. Would not recommend this place and would not stay again.

The rooms were clean. Being an extended stay, I expected standard kitchen gear. There was nothing to cook with, eat on or with. No pots/pans, plates, flatware, utensils. Just a 2 burner stove. You did get 2 disposable plastic cups, 1 hotel size bar of soap, and you received 1 roll of toilet paper to last 2 people a week. They sent you home with the towels. They didn't want them back. Office hours were very short. Opening at 11am closed at 6 I think. Staff was friendly when they were there. They were repairing the stairs while we were there. There weren't any 1st floor rooms for ADA access. The elevator was more work to get to, then back to the room, then just fighting the stairs when available. It was priced low, but I did expect a little more then we received.

They do not refund you if you decide to leave the facility before your check out day. I was able to leave days earlier then I planned on staying, and I was told no refunds, I had to pay for the entire time I booked. I understand that is their policy, I left a week earlier than expected but it would have been nice to accomodate and work something out. Nonetheless, the location, room cleanliness, neighbors and even the shower pressure was shitty.

I booked 8 nights at InTown Suites Extended Stay Louisville KY (Northeast) but had to leave after just 3 due to fleas in the room—one was literally jumping on my 5-month-old baby's face. This was horrifying and completely unacceptable. I reported it to the front desk, but the staff offered no help or refund. The room was clearly not properly cleaned, and I’m still waiting for a resolution. I strongly advise others to avoid this property.

The staff was amazing! The water pressure is horrible.

My family and I had a great stay. It was quiet…the neighbors were friendly with each other. It’s close to a lot of shopping, dining, package store, urgent care. This hotel does provide your towels and rags but you are on your own with pots/pans, cleaning your linen, getting more tissue etc. The staff do visit your room within the first 48hrs for things they may to note to fix or whatever (the guy was very polite and professional) Our housekeeper visit us once to change a/c unit filter and make sure everything was good. She was very kind.

I didn’t like anything about the hotel and or survice We were forced to leave early due to the crimes at the hotel and a robbery we witnessed after this the robbers were in the next room over they knew we identified them so the police instructed us we needed to get to safety the employees at the hotel did nothing to help us stay safe we didn’t stay the last 5 nights of our stay and wanted a refund the property manager was extremely rude

Oh they didnt even let me check in. I spent like $10,000 at a different Intown but they blacklisted me or something. But anyways I’ll tell you about that experience. They cut off the water several times and I had to skip showers 5 times. They changed the laundry payment setup so I lost maybe $20 stuck on an old card and the systems they switched to didn’t work so I had to skip doing laundry 3 times. Uhhh what else? Bullet holes in the rooms if you’re afraid of that sort of thing. Poor service, terrible service really. Cleaning people would go into my room every other day and root around but clean nothing… They ask for a deposit and put a 20% hold on whatever you pay so be prepared to shell out ~$600 to loan them for your $400 stay. Cheap per diem maybe but you’re not exactly paying for service. Or quality. Or safety. There’s a bed at least. Probably.

Nothing Everything

Clean room, quiet grounds. Comfortable bed and nice to have a refrigerator, sink and microwave. Big shower and good amount of cabinets That we had to take away our own trash

it was in a great location for the family. NO DRUGS needs a place for kids to play

The guy at front desk The room smelled like urine the air conditioner had black stuff flying out of it the refrigerator was not clean the sink was rusted out as well was the the refrigerator the bed had an old blanket with cigarettes burns on it there was dead bugs all along window ceil

location and price the bed and the inability to make changes locally and have to go through a third part even if I’m standing at the desk in order to get access to rooms that are vacant unless purchased online?
