Hampton Inn Louisville - Northeast

VERY VERY fair price for having a pet.

Clean room and friendly, helpful staff made the stay freat.

Not the fault of the hotel at all but the way the highway was set-up to get into the hotel was a little weird. Other than that it was a great stay.

The room was clean and smelled as such. Anthony was a ray of sunshine after a 6 hour drive. The breakfast was well tended and had a great variety of breakfast foods with the milk and juices being fresh and cold. While the coffee was hot and woke me up with only one cup. All in all, it was such a pleasant stay, my wife and I have already booked a stay for trip home. If you are looking for a stay, book here.

We didn't like when guess they were on the same floor across the hall were exceptionally loud especially when it was 12:30 at night

Do yourself a MAJOR, and I. not, I repeat, do NOT stay at this hotel.

Check in was quick & painless. Friendly customer service, room was clean, shower was great, bed a bit firm, pillows were not down like the Hampton we stayed at on Lookout Mnt. Breakfast was not great. We ate it but not because it was delicious but because it was ok & included with cost. There was a decent variety with waffles, eggs, sausage, fruit (orange wouldn't peel & apple soft), bagels, etc. After just staying at another Hampton with a delicious breakfast we were a bit disappointed. Grand kids did use the pool & in spite of the hot weather for months it was cold but refreshing. Overall, it was a fine stay and we might stay here again if the price was right.

The hotel is always great it's a very peaceful relaxing place to stay but they charged me a 100$ smoking fee I spent very little time at the hotel we came to visit friends and family and when I did smoke there I was in the parking lot we stay there yearly usually 5 days or so and never had any issues but probly won't stay there next time I had a few housekeeping things I could have complained about to but didn't
