Very clean private nice staff

This wasn’t a hotel room. It was basically an apartment. I had a full kitchen, a separate bathroom, and a comfortable living area, which made a huge difference during a two-week stay. The complimentary breakfast was another surprise. These were actual breakfasts, not just a few pastries and a coffee machine. The food was very good, there was plenty of it, and you could eat as much as you wanted. I was also extremely impressed with the front desk staff. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Honestly, everything about the place exceeded my expectations, especially considering what I paid. After two weeks, I have nothing but good things to say about it. If I come back to Louisville for another music festival, there is absolutely no doubt where I’ll be staying. I’ll be staying here again.

Great location, shower, living area, and kitchen. The property is dated, lumpy and worn mattress, dirty carpeting, poor lighting.

The staff was very pleasant but the above appliance were challenging. And I also truly enjoy the layout of the suite.

Exceptional

The pay for parking.

Nothing The room was only refreshed on Friday never was cleaned, I had go to the front desk to get clean towels and wash rags, the concrete by our unit was a bad trip hazard, the hand rails for the steps had peeling paint and splinters, you couldn’t walk around barefoot in the room or your feet would be black. And I was never told that I would be charged 10$ a night for parking and I have never been charged for parking anywhere I stayed before. Needless to say I will never be here again. The only reason we were there was my son was having heart surgery at Nortons hospital and all we did was sleep there didn’t use any of the amenities not even breakfast because we left every morning before 5:30 to go to the hospital. Nice sized rooms- friendly staff- dishwasher was leaking but quickly fixed- TV channels didn't work the 7 days we were there- they tried to fix it but it helped for 5 min then didn't work again- there is no basketball Ct in the sport court as advertised- pool was nice- laundry worked well- breakfast had good hot sandwiches and filled the first two days but the rest of the week they didn't have much cold items because there were out of white milk, chocolate milk, breakfast rolls and we had to ask for the cereal to be put out for my kids to eat dry at least.
