The pay for parking.

Nothing The room was only refreshed on Friday never was cleaned, I had go to the front desk to get clean towels and wash rags, the concrete by our unit was a bad trip hazard, the hand rails for the steps had peeling paint and splinters, you couldn’t walk around barefoot in the room or your feet would be black. And I was never told that I would be charged 10$ a night for parking and I have never been charged for parking anywhere I stayed before. Needless to say I will never be here again. The only reason we were there was my son was having heart surgery at Nortons hospital and all we did was sleep there didn’t use any of the amenities not even breakfast because we left every morning before 5:30 to go to the hospital. Nice sized rooms- friendly staff- dishwasher was leaking but quickly fixed- TV channels didn't work the 7 days we were there- they tried to fix it but it helped for 5 min then didn't work again- there is no basketball Ct in the sport court as advertised- pool was nice- laundry worked well- breakfast had good hot sandwiches and filled the first two days but the rest of the week they didn't have much cold items because there were out of white milk, chocolate milk, breakfast rolls and we had to ask for the cereal to be put out for my kids to eat dry at least.

My staying at the Marriott residence was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. The hotel claims to have a pool in a basketball court. The pool has been down and unusable for the last six months. There is no basketball court. Both the grills are rotted and old so you can’t grill outside the rooms are dirty and uncomfortable and very ill equipped. I requested they come in and spray because there are so many ants in the room my advice to you is don’t ever stay at this Marriott resident and before you pay them, check your rooms. This is complete false advertising. I will be speaking to corporate as well as making a complaint with my booking agency don’t ever stay at this place. It’s the worst experience ever

I was thoroughly disappointed with this hotel. It earned our business because of the amenities listed on at the website. We checked in and was told the pool was closed for the season, the grills weren’t working and the basketball hoop backboard wasn’t installed. This was June 13-14. The staff’s response was “due to the amenities being out, we won’t charge you a daily parking fee.” What hotel charges a parking fee? If they do, it should be listed on the website as well. Not to mention, the grass wasn’t cut and they didn’t have syrup for the waffles at breakfast. Very poor experience

Seem clean but a lot of different bugs the attendant last night said I would be compensated but at check out different attendant contacted management and said there would be no compensation even bought bug spray
