Cleanliness of the room was not the best. Stain on sofa and carpet. Also when my brother-in-law sat on the sofa of his room it sunk very low.

Dated. Excellent but limited staff. Only one guest ice maker that ran out of ice. My bed was never made in a 4 night stay.

The staff were kind and helpful. The room was on the first floor and close to a door for easier loading/unloading our belongings. The bathroom was incredibly small and cramped. The door BARELY closed due to the placement of the toilet and larger walk-in shower. The room was fairly clean, but the bathroom had human and pet hairs stuck to the corners and dirty spots that were missed by housekeeping. No exhaust fan. The pull out mattress was extremely flat and uncomfortable. Overall, it needed a good scrubbing. Everything was shabby. The prices on amenities were astronomical ($5 for a 24-oz bottle of water and $8 for a small cup of knock-off Dip 'n Dots ice cream). The pool area needed to be restocked with towels. This hotel seemed overall like a forgotten property.

It was very conveniently located. The room was clean. The employees were very friendly. The room could use a little upkeep (new paint, etc...)

Rooms were superb - a suite for regular price. Breakfast was outstanding. I always stay here when I go to Louisville.

Some things are more important than others when it comes to my stay. Being cool is one of them. The air in our room didn’t work well. Called the from desk and she said someone would come right up, no one came. Room was very clean so kudos to housekeeping. Water pressure was terrible. Just not a good night’s sleep because it wasn’t cool. Also, $10 for parking. Come on now, we’re not downtown. This wasn’t premium parking. You shouldn’t nickle and dime customers.

The property was centrally located. The agent who checked us in and the agent that checked me out were both very friendly. The air conditioning worked great! There were holes in the sheets, a hand towel had a lipstick stain on it, in the bathroom, the door scraped the front of the toilet to close, the TV remote didn’t work, housekeeping told me they would leave clean towels but didn’t, the front desk agent left our towels outside the elevator and people went through our towels, the pillows were super thin.
