My husband and I stayed for one night at the Courtyard Marriot. The room was comfortable and quiet. There is a nice space near the pool with tables and chairs for outdoor use. The property was clean and the staff was helpful.

We had our puppy with at check-in. We were at the desk with her for approximately 10 minutes. Then, we were in the lobby with her for another approximately 45 minutes waiting for our food from their bistro. We asked specifically if she was allowed. We were told that not only could we wait in the lobby for the food, we could eat it there instead of going to our room. We encountered several staff members during this time. No one said she was not allowed. The next morning at checkout, they informed us that they were charging us an additional $250. I asked to speak with a manager, which was denied. I was told she would call today, but I have not heard from her. In addition to this, they charged us more for the room than was quoted. I probably would not have noticed that if it were not for the additional scam of $250. I was charged $150 instead of the $128.26.

We had a king suite and it worked perfectly for us and our grandchildren. The sofa bed was comfortable and still allowed room for a rollaway bed. I wasn't aware that the breakfast wasn't complimentary but the Waffle House next door was accommodating.

The front staff and Starbucks staff were awesome! My room was conveniently located, with parking very close. The door to the room was nearly impossible to open. I had to touch my key, push down with all my mind on the door handle and hip-check the door to get it open. In addition, the room was not cleaned well. I found crumpled up pieces of paper under a chair and table, and there was hair in the bathroom before I even set foot in it. I was there for a family funeral and since it wasn’t a pleasure to stay, it was not worth complaining and moving my room.

Dirty room in a poorly built hotel. Shower fixture was practically hanging off the wall. The hotel lost power and didn’t have a backup generator. No AC. Hot water ran out. Right beside the freeway so you can’t sleep. Marriott should be ashamed to have this hotel be part of their offerings.

Nice hotel in a convenient location to many restaurants and shopping. Suite is spacious, bathrooms are tiny, balcony overlooking the pool is a very nice touch. Restaurant on site pretty useless only offering limited options (no breakfast as is advertised) and open hours (5p-10p). There is a Waffle House that shares the hotel parking lot. No community coffee or water offered as most hotels have. Pool was closed long after a small rain shower passed through, and having only 1 washer and dryer available for a property that size created lines in the laundry area.

At first it was horrible we came in from Knoxville a very long trip that was suppose to be short! We get out in a handicap room where the beds where on the floor the bathroom shower was literally the whole bathroom drain in the middle of the floor and the tv didn’t work along side having to break the door down just to get in! I expressed my concern to Christine and she handle the situation with no problem! Customer service was amazing they made sure everything was perfect for our stay!
