Friendly and helpful staff. Pool is both indoor and outdoor, with an indoor hot tub, all well maintained. Breakfast had a variety of hot and cold options. They actually served a buffet-style dinner to all guests in the lobby every night we were there, which was really nice and a good opportunity to socialize with other travelers. Plenty of parking and the area around the hotel seemed safe and secure.

Hotel is amazing as usual. Being staying there for over 10 years. Cleanest rooms friendliest staff. Especially Marie in the breakfast she’s amazing!!

The room was comfortable and clean,

I thought check in was quick and easy but when I asked about the closet entrance to our room the response was next to the pool. Great but where’s the pool This was our first time to this brand hotel so saying by the pool meant nothing. Also housekeeping came in and took our towels and left clean bed sheets on the unmade bed. Are we to change the sheets ourselves???? Yes the happy hour is nice but not sure if that makes the up for not having the feeling of being welcomed

The stay was good.

I know this isn’t something that can be fixed… but the place was overrun with kids for a baseball tournament. We couldn’t get in the pool or hot tub at all. And there was very little adult supervision for the kids that were there… most looked under the age of 10. We also had kids running the halls knocking on doors late at night… I called the front desk to let them know.. it happened 3 times on my door. When we went to the door to see who was knocking, no one was there. The front desk person did come up to our hallway, but if they found out who it was, we never heard anymore. They could use more tables and chairs for handicapped people at breakfast and the kickback. My mother was staying with me and she can’t use the high top tables and chairs. Need more handicap parking at the entrances.

The pool/hot tub - free “kickback” dinner meal (pulled pork (amazing) sliders, baked potato and feeixins), free hot breakfast with waffles etc. Air flow to adjunct room was poor, made for one cold room and one warm (I think we were situated over the hot tub of the pool area below and that hot tub was HOT!

Our stay was great. My children loved the pool, and it was great not only receive complimentary breakfast but also dinner as well.
