The hotel was pretty disgusting
-
This was a dirty, run down operation. The pool was mirky, not inviting, the elevator made a loud noise, constantly. The carpet in the room turned our feet black in about 5 minutes and my wife had "bites" all over her neck from sleeping there. The people did not seem to care about much except talking on the phone and taking your money.

This property was not accurately described. The pool only opens from 5pm to 9pm during the week. When asked they said it was due to chemicals in pool. They claim on weekends they open 9am to 9pm because they are more busy. The outside furniture was broken and dirty at pool area. The rooms were not clean. The bed had a sunken in area. No hair dryer in room. They false advertise.

Very nasty, molded, toilet leaking, sink wouldn’t drain. Ants everywhere. A tooth plaquer painted to the wall. Stains on sheets!!!
-
Convenient little cartoon, elevator right by the front

Location, nice staff, easy
-
Staff that checked me in was rude and scanned my license
-
Strong smell of weed, dirty, not safe. bad customer service. Its almost better to stay on the street. worst place to stay.
-
Wasn't very clean and didn't feel very safe there.Pretty sketchy area.

When going out of the room in the early morning hours after midnight it was very loud and explicit activities outside of the building were definitely apparent. When this was brought up to the staff he claimed that yes it was loud and multiple complaints were made. It wasn’t the noise I would have been as concerned about myself. A lot of this could have been resolved as we left for the day to head back to the hospital. When we returned, the room again had not been cleaned after being “requested” Of all things the feces on the bathroom wall is a biohazard in which the front desk staff agreed and yet it remained. Live and learn of course, I just thought Wyndham had better standards. I would suggest avoiding this place or check it out for yourself especially at night. There are other nicer hotels nearby, I just didn’t know since I wasn’t from Kentucky

the clerk was worried about charging a security deposit which is supposed to be refundable than making us feel welcome. The homeless people in the neighborhood were very visible. The morning breakfast did not offer any meat. The breakfast was out of biscuits by 7:15 am. A strange alarm went off outside the hotel at 3 am. The lobby is not conveniently located near the entrance. A very large hump is located at the entrance to the parking area making it rough on the vehicle.
-
The area The mildew smell in the room, we had to buy air freshener and incense, the terrible plumbing, the toilet hardly flushed and the cleanliness was not there at all. We had hair in our bed when we first turned the blanket down. It was not worth the few dollars we spent on it.
-
The only thing I liked was it wasn’t too expensive. The place was dirty, garbage everywhere outside. They didn’t give us clean towels on the 2nd day. The remote top was missing, the drawers were broken. They weren’t friendly at all. I would never stay in your hotel again.

Mmmmm
-
Quiet Your breakfast was not what it said, the pool was closed half the time it should have been open, we received no maid service for the 6 days we were there
-
DO NOT GET A ROOM HERE! you're better off Sleeping in Your Car!
-
Nothing Pulled up, trash, piles of clothes, car parts, junk and seemingly homeless people living in the area. Went into lobby, it smelled like smoke. Had to pass more trash to get to the room. Room was small and dingy. Bathroom and tub was ridiculously dirty. Room also smelled like cigarette smoke. There is no chance there wasn't bugs in there, but we didnt stay to find out. Hotel would not provide a refund. Complete trash. Do not go here!
-
The worst breakfast ever.
-
The staff was kind and attentive. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool didn’t open until 5:00 PM

We stayed on the 2nd floor and our room had been renovated. Everything was nice and new. Blackout curtains and well functioning ac was a plus. Very friendly staff. Great coffee!
