The carpet floors were sticky, the shower and sink didn't drain and there was several different fowl smells in the hallways and room.

The room was clean the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was not very good. There was no protein offered. The breakfast consisted of biscuits gravy and very over seasoned home fries. I asked if there was any eggs I was told no. I have a gluten allergy so I know not every hotel offers gluten free bread. I thought I could at least have eggs. My breakfast consisted of an apple and some yogurt. I had to go to McDonald’s for breakfast. I picked this hotel because it offered continental breakfast.

Super friendly staff. Room had no desk or table other than the night stand between the beds. I was in town for a class and would have used a desk with my notes and laptop.

The room on the main floor are not as clean or maintained as they should be. The upper floors are much better though not up to the usual Hampton Inn standards. Our microwave didn't work, there wasn't a dresser or table, shampoo & small bar of soap was only toiletries available.

The photos when booking showed a dresser and a wardrobe. When we walked into the room, neither of those were in our room. My friend went to the front desk to ask about it and they said they don't have those anymore. The air was off in the room when we checked in and it was sweltering hot in there. There wasn't a "do not disturb" sign to place on the door. Nobody cleaned the rooms, we even set our trash outside our door and it wasn't picked up. My friend picked up the hotel phone to request more towels and the phone didn't even work. When we went downstairs to the front desk to request more towels, I was handed a trash bag, more towels, and was asked to bring our dirty towels down to the front desk. The minimum amenities of staying in a hotel were not met during our stay.

I was valuable stay in there.

Convenient My booking price was different than I had to pay. Also charged a $40 “deposit” on top of room cost. Also tried taking payment automatically before the stay when I was to pay the day of the stay.

Staff was helpful when available, but the phone in the room didn't work. Breakfast was uninspiring and basic. Not my best hotel experience.

Only issue we had was lobby door being locked when getting back last night. Otherwise hotel is alittle dated, but it was a place to sleep during the festival. Pictures are misleading

the room was fairly clean all except the one dead roach on the bathroom floor aske for extra towels and when i got to the room to use it it was stained black like someone had worked on their car with it. The breakfast bar was something to be admired it was cereal, toast .bagels and yogurt and they had a waffle machine the juice machine was out of order. while it was not the worst place I've ever stayed certainly not the best and way over priced for what it is.

The room itself was pretty clean. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. It wasn't gross or anything like that, it just could have been cleaner.

I arrived at the property late cause I worked late or early. It was 3:30 in the morning, but I stood there for 48 minutes ringing the bell before Expedia finally called me and then called the property and the guy was sleeping in the lounge area in the lobby, the whole time given the fact that I worked hard and I was tired and ready to go to my room it was aggravating, but then I asked for a room and a specific part of the hotel. If he could, he put me on the opposite end of where I asked and then the key did not work to open the entry door so I had to go back and get another key went back. It did not work for the entry door. Had to go back again and get him and then walk around the entire building to get into the room.
