Our room floor was sticky and people slamming doors and the sheets had stains on it.

Did not receive my 2 deposits when I checked out the manager was rude told me system was down

The room was clean the staff were friendly. There's the old smoke smell around not sure how that will ever disappear. For a cheaper hotel it is one of the better ones I've been in.

This hotel was super dirty. The bedsheets were dirty and no one changed even when I went to front staff. All they said was “we will make a note.” It was so loud,

When I arrived at the hotel in the parking lot it was a lot of guys hanging around the hotel. I go in to check into the facility. It just felt so unsafe. The room was so smoky smelling like someone had stepped out with smoke in their mouth. The room wasn’t clean properly, the keys didn’t work properly, breakfast was okay but no fresh fruit. The bathroom toilet wasn’t clean enough and the tub didn’t drain properly. The staff was not happy, make it through out the day. One ice machine inside the second floor with vending machines, no posting of it. This has to be the last resort for me to stay at this hotel again.

I was very pleased with our 2 night stay. Yes some updates could be used, but the room was clean and the bed was comfy. I’d stay again for sure

Room was nice. Breakfast was good. Expected room to be cleaned while out, but never was, only trash emptied once

Very clean. Normally older hotels like this aren't cleaned well. This one was. Only think I wish is more healthy options for breakfast like fresh fruit.

Cleaning staff will clean upon request and they chance the towels every day. They missed taking the trash every day though, but we told the front desk and immediately they put the request. We didn’t use the pool. Im picky but this affordable and clean hotel did the job. Walking distance to restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Needs better vending machines

Everything looking clean the staff is very nice.

The pool and hot tub both had water in them and it was an indoor pool but we couldn't swim because it was closed for some reason.

The evening host at check-in, ‘Ameida’ was pleasant and fantastic! The hotel was quiet and peaceful! Comfy pillows/beds. Good price!

Breakfast was so so

The woman at the front desk, Amita, was very friendly and welcoming to myself and my family. We ran into an issue at another hotel we planned to stay at for our trip to Louisville, so we booked at Quality Inn last minute. We were able to book 2 rooms with no issue, and we were so grateful for their availability. The first morning we stayed there, we accidentally confused the hours for the continental breakfast. Amita took the time to bring everything back out for us so we could eat breakfast. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the location of the hotel had many bars, restaurants, and stores close by. It was also only about a 15-20 minute drive to Churchill Downs, where we enjoyed the Kentucky Derby. I highly recommend!

Hotel was rough

Almost everything was really good. Our remote to tv didn't work. Staff couldn't get it to work. It wasn't a big deal we were there for the Derby so we weren't in the room much only to clean up and sleep. Clean property staff friendly. Good stay
