The room was clean the front desk was very nice. The breakfast was excellent. You can't beat the location right off the freeway.

I booked a deluxe Mountain View room and got a small room facing a nasty pond. I told the receptionist and showed her my booking and she did nothing to change my room, so I paid extra for a not great room. The hotel was overrun by a bunch of teenagers and their parents who sat in the pool, lobby and deck at all hours being loud and basically took over the hotel like it was their home; preventing anyone from using the amenities. The breakfast was awful and under cooked. Over the hotel was a waste of money. I won’t stay there again.

Nice room. Very comfortable. Bathrooms were good with walk in showers and plenty of room on the sink countertop area. Good breakfast and nice area for seating in the eating area

Language barriwe was an iasue when I needed washcloth and tea.

We have stayed here 3 times now. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and breakfast is ok but it's free.

The mirror light in the bathroom was broken even though the front desk told us they would put a repair order in to fix it. the sheets were worn. Overall the property looked tired and poorly maintained.

Staff was so friendly! Rooms were clean and spacious, beds very comfortable. Enjoyed the pool, breakfast was good!

Very clean and the breakfast was typical eggs, sausage, and biscuits and gravy, along with cereal and bread options for toasting. The only thing missing was yogurt. The little fridge in the dining area was totally empty.

A/C unit was too loud to sleep. Bathroom lights were not working. Room was not clean

Breakfast was good I do wish there was a way for the sausage links and patties to be fried or grilled instead of steamed. Overall the place was great, clean and I will stay again!

Very nice location that was close to stores and nice back way to get to old downtown. Staff was nice and the two room suite was very roomy.

Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Breakfast was good with great variety.

room was clean .perfect space. Bed was comfortable, Clean towels. Only thing my concern was the toilet that wobbly , not intact, i felt like its not attached to the floor. And no drinking water. So if u planning to stay with wingate. Make sure you have bottle water right before u go inside the room. Bcoz u dont wanna go in then want to go back out again just to get drinking water.
