The check in staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I had was breakfast, I guess you can’t expect much from a hotel. But I have traveled a lot and I was not happy that when you say breakfast is 6-9 am and then you run out by 7 am and don’t refill it, was disappointing, Also putting out green oranges. And no yogurts or other fruit types. Also the room in our floor was sticky, there was huge stains on the carpet. We wore shoes the whole time on the carpets they were disgusting.

Our room was overall pretty clean. The side chair was a little worn/dirty looking. The carpet could also use a cleaning.

The hotel was good but the only thing we did not like is they gave us one of the room 1 hour late.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Wingate. The rooms were comfortable and the beds soft and comfy. We didn't care dir the picture hanging in the wall, a prettier picture would be nicer. Otherwise, very nice and the breakfast was delicious.

The water pressure was horrible. You had to take longer shower because there was no water pressure. The carpet need to clean. The food was ok. Needs to be laid out better. The people that are waiting for waffles and toast were in the way of people getting the hot food. Room were clean.

Very clean property. Close to shopping and restaurants in Loveland. The pool & hot tub were excellent along with the outdoor seating, which could be assessed from the pool.

King suite is perfect for our needs. Couch is not very comfortable but tge bed is. Frig is great because it has a good size freezer. Stayed in this room many times. Sadly a year ago we reported the TV remote was missing the back and it still is. Also reported one light bulb missing and one needed to be replaced and same was true on this visit. We like it here but it's time to begin refreshing the rooms.

This hotel was clean, beautiful, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good. The price was very reasonable for such a lovely stay. Would love to stay here again!

Didn’t have electricity from 8pm-6am. This was a scheduled outage but the staff didn’t notify or prepare guests for outage. Complete mismanagement.

There was a dirty floor mopping bucket left right next to the breakfast food serving area. There was broken glass on the bottom of the swimming pool. One of the kids even cut their foot. Management did not close the pool? The place just wasn’t well maintained. I would not recommend staying here.

We had a four night stay and only one night did they actually clean the room make the bed refresh the towels ! Told the front desk first time it happened - specifically asked to make sure that room get cleaned. It was not! so the second time I went down again asking please Make sure that the room gets cleaned!. It wasn’t clean the night before and we need new sheets because they don’t stay on the bed. they told me they took a note and would be done—NOT CLEANED AGAIN!!! we were short on towels. The sheets weren’t put on the bed properly or didn’t fit. ……The Shower was in such a bad state that there were globs /blobs of plaster put on the Shower Door corner to prevent leaks. The grout along the edge of the shower was huge & put on so sloppily that it went up the wall !. My husband was so worried about using the shower that he didn’t use it !!—so we were using a lot of towel towels. Which weren’t picked up because the room wasn’t cleaned….The bathroom lighting was so dark I couldn’t understand why it was more lighting so I tried to fix the lighting around the mirrors around to no effect. This was night one they did fix that the next day but really a customer has to check out the room and make sure the lighting works at the sheets fit.⁉️⁉️…. The pool… Thought that my grandchildren would enjoy an hour in the pool… too cloudy and murky to use safely‼️
