Room was clean, staff pleasant and parking was easy. However we were told there was a la carte breakfast every morning (not included in our rate). We planned to have this, and were even shown a menu on check in. However we were very disappointed to find that there was no breakfast the next morning, or the next.

The elevator was unattractive and poorly maintained. The ice machine was leaking water onto the floor, and the area was littered with guests’ trash and paper bags that housekeeping had not removed. When we raised these concerns, the housekeeping staff said they spoke very little English, making communication difficult. Their demeanor also came across as dismissive rather than helpful. What was most shocking was discovering urine inside the clothing iron, which was completely unacceptable from a cleanliness and safety standpoint. Despite these issues, the staff never offered to move us to another room or make things right. Instead, they seemed more focused on charging extra fees, even for items such as complimentary bottled water. Poor soundproofing too :) This was my first experience with this hotel and the Sonesta brand, and based on this stay, it will also be my last.

The elevator carpet was filthy with a stain that covered half of it and one of my sheets had a small blood stain on it. So i question the laundry practices.

Close to downtown Lowell. Had to request bedding for sofa-bed despite having 3 adults listed on reservation. Would have helped to have that ready in the room.

Location and staff were nice I had a huge stain on one of my pillows I threw it on the floor.

When I went to pay, the amount was 120, but I was told it was a deposit that would be refunded at check-out—and to this day, they still haven't returned it!

This is a beautiful property that is obviously being neglected. Dirty carpets, the smell of cigarettes/Marijuana was so strong I had to change rooms and floor.

It was roomy It was old. The carpet was sticky in a couple of places. There was no breakfast only a Starbucks that was open until 10:00
