The gym was broke. Thr breakfast was good though. I would stay here again.

AC wasn’t working properly. Staff was unavailable at the front desk. Waited and rang the bell but no one showed up.

Room was clean and comfortable. Room lacked comforts like a couch or comfortable seats.

When I checked into my room, I unlocked the door only to find it hadn’t been cleaned. There were dirty linens scattered throughout the room. The overall property was also very dirty, with water tracked throughout the hallways from the pool area and ants in multiple areas, as well as visible trash throughout. Security was another concern. The exterior doors did not appear to lock, so people were freely coming and going, which made me feel uneasy. The parking lot and entrance also felt uncomfortable, with groups of people outside drinking and smoking. Customer service was not much better. When I asked for a luggage cart, the staff member was on a personal phone call and wasn’t able to help me locate one. While I understand hotels can get busy, I expected a higher level of service. I also noticed several other guests in the lobby complaining about similar issues (things missing from rooms or rooms being dirty), so my experience didn’t seem to be an isolated incident. Overall, I did not feel comfortable or welcomed here, and I would choose a different hotel next time.

Perfect for a quick overnight stay.

The place was a good stay. The AC could have cooled the room a little better but wasn’t hot.

The first room we were placed in smelled so strong of animal pee. We were moved to another room and the AC Didn’t cool below 72, but would heat up to 75 before kicking back on to cool. We were moved to another room at 2:30am because they didn’t have box fans or the means of helping the room cool.

Basic amenities, clean rooms. It’s a “working out of town”hotel.

My husband went and spoke with the night desk staff to request a new room, which he was granted. The new room had a rusted unappealing tub/shower, so I passed on a shower that night. The manager was kind and understanding the next morning and issued a credit back for the inconvenience. The pluses: the bed was clean and adequate for solid sleep. The staff was very nice and apologetic. The breakfast was ample. I have had 2 disappointing La Quinta stays on my trip, so will not book La Quinta again.

All around bad experience would not stay there again

room had disgusting remains of others trash in corners behind dressers and under couches, sheets had stains , towels had stains and water got cut off on me mid stay without any warning or notice. also found a used tampon behind my nightstand and other trash! disgusting stay

We had to change rooms mid-stay because the sink & tub were not draining properly. During our stay there was a short period of time in which we had no water & the next day we had no hot water. The second room we we stayed in looked as if the bathroom had not been cleaned properly.

When we arrived late at night, the room was clean but the toilet was running so when we put our things down and went to use the restroom, the plastic piece to the flusher was broken off and had been just put under the lid and left (reason for toilet running. So we had to go down, change rooms and we get to the next room and the lamp had no light bulb so we had to ask for a light bulb. We finally were able to settle in and rest for the night

Room was dirty had to complain gave us new room but it was still dirty just not as bad. Had no hot water all 3 days. Want to switch motel but wouldn't give us are money back and couldn't afford it.

The rooms were dirty! Had to switch rooms that wasn't as dirty.(had to stay cause wouldn't give us are money back). Absolutely no hot water for are whole stay no matter how much complain. All that stay on 3rd floor never had hot water. Staff was not helpful at all. When complain just said ok we'll check in to. Never stay again!

Rooms and hotel were filthy. No hot water. Staff very rude and didn’t want to help.
