For guest sleeping in bottom rooms people on the top should have a quiet time after a set time , we heard kids running around or bouncing a ball till late night

Very quick and efficient check in and the staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. Breakfast was great and it had a little bit of everything for my children to eat and enjoy.

Housekeeping is terrible. Spend more time smoking and talking on their phones out the back door than working. Cleanliness everywhere is subpar. Breakfast was great.

Staff was friendly & helpful. The parking was good. However, the breakfast area had uncomfortable seating area and the entire building had an overpowering smell of cleaning solutions.

The staff who checked me in was very helpful, fast and courteous.

The room are clean, staff friendly, breakfast is delicious , just one complain is the street light shinning throughout the night to my eyes when lying down in bed. Would recommend this hotel to the others

Beds were very good. Good location. Nice pool. Good breakfast but it took a little while for the sausage to be refilled. Bathroom was clean but smelled (possibly had not been sanitized). Last stayed there 2 years ago and I noticed the wear and tear (nicked furniture, yellowed baseboards) which is beyond their control. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is better than I expect. We feel so pleased with amenities and staff.

We had a leaky bathroom fixture and our keys deactivated daily. Good location. Great pillows.

The room and other spaces were not clean when we arrived, and the noise level throughout the night made it difficult to get any rest. By the time we realized how bad both issues were, our five grandchildren were already asleep. Packing everyone up and moving rooms in the middle of the night simply wasn't a realistic option, and I'm not sure it really would have helped. A hotel doesn't have to be luxurious, but it should be clean and provide a reasonably quiet place to sleep. This property fell short on both counts. I hope management takes cleanliness and noise complaints more seriously so future guests have a better experience.

Good location. Parking well lit. Smoke-free facility. Nice shower toiletries provided. One of the better breakfasts and breakfast areas of the Wyndham hotels I’ve stayed at in Lubbock. Pillows in our room seem to be near the end of their life span and 1/3 towels had a stain on it. Nothing so severe that it would put me off the hotel and I am sure I could have easily asked for a towel to be replaced but it wasn’t that big of a deal. Just the little things I noticed.
