The sheets didn’t even look white—they were visibly yellow, which made us question whether they had been properly cleaned. The overall condition of the bedding was extremely concerning and uncomfortable. The worst part was trying to sleep. We were itching throughout the night and even woke up a couple of times to check the beds for bed bugs. Thankfully, we did not find any, but the fact that we felt the need to repeatedly check says a lot about how dirty and uncomfortable the beds felt. A hotel room should at the very least feel clean and sanitary, especially the bathroom and bedding. Unfortunately, this room did not meet even those basic expectations. It was difficult to relax or feel comfortable during our stay because we constantly felt like the room was dirty. Cleanliness and proper housekeeping definitely need to be taken much more seriously here.

Decent stay. Wish the curtains had been black out. The shelf under the sink was very dusty and carpet felt grimy. But staff was super friendly.

Was a great place. Clean, friendly staff (shout out to Rudy!) was an overall great experience

Breakfast was fresh & hot , cleanliness was excellent & room was spacious had many extra little items for bathroom which was handy. The bed was very comfortable, spacious & your own pillows not necessary. The staff was also very helpful & kind. Great place!

Exceptional

Room cleanliness was okay- good, not great. Staff was very good, no complaints there. Breakfast was really good. The service-ware wasn’t great,(mismatched & more importantly in disrepair and falling apart) overall not bad for a non-reserved room but not great, but not bad for the price, for one person on a medical trip to a Lubbock clinic. I could go either way on a new stay. I was a little surprised that I wasn’t asked if I was on a medical trip, or a Senior, which I was both.

????? Cleanliness of room was lacking. Fitted sheet wasn’t fitted on bed. Sticky bedside table.

Mary at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming! The property is ok, rooms could be cleaner but it is a nice stay for the price.

We arrived to check in at 3 pm which is check in time. They told us our room was not ready. We left and came back about 45 min later and again they told my husband our room was still not ready. We waited another 10 min and I went back to ask and they finally gave us a room. We were there for a Wedding and needed to get ready which caused us to be late. We will not be staying here again.

Had to have the room key re-programmed every day which was a pain!

In town for TTU Parents Weekend and while all else was hectic, the hotel was not. Room was clean, TV worked great, fridge was cold and morning breakfast area stayed full and tasted great. Highly recommend.

The property staff were very pleasant and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy. Looking forward to my next stay.

Will stay at this hotel again.

Bed covers we filthy, shower curtains have NEVER been washed, shower gel container was empty, dog food on floor. Glass door to bathroom has hand prints left by at least 10+ guest.

We love stopping here on our way out of Texas every year. It really is a wonderful place to stay. It is walkable to some restaurants and is kept up very well.

Everything was perfect

Rooms are good. Was really just there to sleep and move a kid into college. Would stay again
