It was comfortable with a full kitchen which I always love when I travel. Priced right.

It's like an apartment rental. Perfect for someone who works on the road.

Price Walls are paper thin, yelling in the hallway at 4am, no breakfast

The room was clean the staff, the rate and the rudeness of the staff was not acceptable. I was charged for a 2 bed room and was put in a room with 1 bed and was told I was charged for the premium room- When I booked a single bed room, it was cancelled due to overbooking and than I was called and told they could get me a 2 bed room and paid the difference, but still ended up with a 1 bed- not acceptable, i asked to speak to a manager and none was on site- asked to be called and no call

The room was not clean and the floor was very dirty

The elevator smelled like marijuna and when u walk out the room the halls would smell too. There was no kitchen things like they said it would

I liked the cost. The bed was loud. Every time I moved when I was sleeping, I woke up. We had to plug our tv in because it wasn’t working. The plate cover on the shower head was falling off the wall. The part you hang your clothes on was rusty. The other room the tv didn’t work at all and the same problems.

Conveniently located Dog hair all through and through the sheets

Location was good. I was not disclosed the extra fee for my pet until I got there. I booked a 10 day stay and they do not offer room service or provide clean towels if you do not pay for the linen service. My room was dirty after I paid a $400 cleaning fee for a small dog. A sweet cleaning lady came and made it right but it should have been clean feom the beginning. The room needed a deep clean!

It was available the night George Strait was in Lubbock. I was not expecting a sparsely furnished halfway house out of a prison movie.

Horrible

Bed was absolutely horrible, was told there were 2 double beds in room. There was only one, so it was a horrible night of trying to fit 2 adults in one double bed.

The room was bland and the staff was very rud I do not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice stay the veiw was horrible it overlooked an alley witch dogs were constantly barking and people were yelling all hours of the nights e

The lady at the front desk gave me someone else’s room. A room that was already occupied. I walked into a room full of people, turned around and walked right back out.
