My family enjoyed several days at this hotel. The staff were always great with every interaction. My little one loved the pool! It was a really good time away, and we will probably try to stay here again in the future.

Staff was great. Rooms were clean and roomy. Management went above and beyond for helping with our stay. Breakfast was great. Very filling. Our stay was very comfortable.

Clean rooms, friendly service, and a comfortable bed. A few minor signs of wear and tear, but nothing that ruined the stay. I’d stay here again.

The staff was great! Breakfast was great! Room was clean! The pool and hot tub was very relaxing. The ONLY thing wrong was the room was a little warm but it was hot outside.

Comfortable beds and good breakfast Towels and loose tile in the bathroom floor. Tub needs resurfaced looked a lil yellow.

Breakfast was very nice. Bathroom was outdated and the shower was pretty gross. The elevators are under construction and it was extremely humid in the interior of the hotel. This is nice for a budget stay but I would not choose to stay there again.

Front desk was rude to me. Stated she couldn’t find my reservation and hung up the phone. Will not be using any of the comfort inn in Lubbock at all. Front desk very rude!!
