Comfort Inn & Suites Lubbock

This hotel was clean, conviently located, staffed by great people and was remodeled to look very nice. I could not find the hotels address when I loked on the internet, all I could get was an on-line operator who was rude and uncooperative.

The breakfast was very good. There was a construction crew staying there, so if you got downstairs when they were there, you had to wait for more food to be brought out. They were also rowdy in the rooms, so it was noisy at times. There was loose and cracked floor tiles in the bathroom that needed to be repaired. I was lucky I didn’t cut my foot the night prior to departure.

Had to move to this hotel because the one I originally booked was disgusting and in a very unsafe part of town. Thank you to the staff for making sure my room was very clean.

Alright price, all the the staff were nice and professional, beds were comfy and room itself and decently clean. However some furniture was starting to come apart such as the lounge chair, edges of the mattress, and some lining of the bathtub. Only other issue was a decent stain on one of the pillows

It was very clean and a convenient location. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly! The continental breakfast was pretty good. I have nothing to complain about.

Location is perfect. Everyone is so sweet and kind. I had my door open with stacks of luggage. Four employees stopped to see if I needed help loading my stuff. These ladies were maids and had they own duties but stopped to help me. I didn't think I would get old and need help so soon but these .employees at these hotel were so kind. I will be back. A room closer to the front. I have a big brace on my right leg and a small brace on the right leg. I use a cain so the walk to the room is very painful for me.

our room was close to the elevator We reported a loose handrail in the elevator and were told they'd get right on it but by the time we left it was still wobbly.

Room was dirty. Bedspread had dried scabs on it. Floor was dirty.

Egg, sausage was good. Bed too high . I'm had a hard time trying to get in. Put a step in the room.
