Home2 Suites by Hilton Lubbock

They were so sweet, sanitary, and comfortable for my small family. Daughter had surgery and instead of driving back hours home, we stayed here and were able to actually rest! This will definitely be our go to from now on.

The complimentary buffet breakfast was well stocked. We always enjoy staying at Home2Suites during family trips and this one was no different.

Clean room and large space

The room was clean but the bathroom was old and needs updated.

Loved how clean the room was! The pool area was well maintained and clean. We didn’t get to try the breakfast but plan to stay here again in the future.

The breakfast selection has changed since the last time I stayed there . There is a little bit more to choose from . The remote for the tv in room 218 is useless , you have to manually turn on and off the set . No volume at all .

The staff was very nice

The “Queen” beds were more like full sized beds and too small for 2 adults. We brought extra bedding and glad we did as one person made a pad on the floor. The fridge was nice to have although it swung open towards the wall and door and it could be easily fixed by adjusting the swing on the appliance. The shower needs updating and the water pressure was very weak and took a long time for everyone to shower which factored in for our family of five to all get ready etc. The walls are thin and we could hear the people on all sides of us and upstairs people stomping around. The air conditioner was loud, so helped drown that out. The room was clean and we liked it was near restaurants and right off the highway.

Good breakfast options, quiet on the 4th floor, staff willing to help, very friendly.

We had one car and on top of the room charge we also had to pay for parking!

We have stayed her often- however this time we received a suprise fee for self parking. I looked on Expedia website ( site we booked) and it says free parking. Hilton website does say there is a nightly fee for parking. FYI- other Hilton properties in Lubbock have free parking. Maybe I’m cheap but I really don’t want to have to pay for parking at a hotel in Lubbock so we will be going elsewhere next time we go to Lubbock.

Was not very clean. We has to ask them to replace the toilet seat as it was peeling and yellow stained. However they did replace it right away. There were spills outside the elevator that was tracked throughout the entire floor that was not cleaned the whole time we were there.

Honestly enjoyed my stay! The staff were tremendously helpful and friendly. Jennifer and Melissa were phenomenal! Definitely staying here again in the future! My only draw back is the dryer (although only 50 cents took about 2 hours to dry my load) but other than that I LOVED my stay!!! Highly recommend!

Parking is no longer free.

I booked this property a year ago, and they gave away my room that was supposed to have 2 double beds. The hallways had no AC and the interiors were old and worn out. I will never stay there again.

Great coffee. That is how I judge a hotel now.

Great place to stay

The cancelation policy is predatory and unnecessary. There are multiple hotels that allow for cancellation with full refund. I can’t see how it is good business to do otherwise.
