On a good note, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space and the furniture was in good shape and comfortable. The one thing that will keep me from staying again was a shrill sound through the time we were there, that kept me up until after 3:00 am. It sounded like wind blowing through the AC, like you hear when there’s a blizzard outside. It was horrible. I eventually had to get up and get my ear buds to try and drown it out. Room 430.

Nice staff

Place was nice and quiet. Room was spacious with plenty of dishes, sink, mid size fridge and dishwasher. Breakfast was decent. Overall it was very nice

Hotel elevator was broken, pool was closed it is summer time. Only one entrance to the hotel side or back door didn’t work. Pull out bed was broken, a/c would only cool room to 73

Everything is good

They were so sweet, sanitary, and comfortable for my small family. Daughter had surgery and instead of driving back hours home, we stayed here and were able to actually rest! This will definitely be our go to from now on.

The complimentary buffet breakfast was well stocked. We always enjoy staying at Home2Suites during family trips and this one was no different.

Clean room and large space

The room was clean but the bathroom was old and needs updated.

Loved how clean the room was! The pool area was well maintained and clean. We didn’t get to try the breakfast but plan to stay here again in the future.

Pleasant

The breakfast selection has changed since the last time I stayed there . There is a little bit more to choose from . The remote for the tv in room 218 is useless , you have to manually turn on and off the set . No volume at all .

Superb

The staff was very nice

The “Queen” beds were more like full sized beds and too small for 2 adults. We brought extra bedding and glad we did as one person made a pad on the floor. The fridge was nice to have although it swung open towards the wall and door and it could be easily fixed by adjusting the swing on the appliance. The shower needs updating and the water pressure was very weak and took a long time for everyone to shower which factored in for our family of five to all get ready etc. The walls are thin and we could hear the people on all sides of us and upstairs people stomping around. The air conditioner was loud, so helped drown that out. The room was clean and we liked it was near restaurants and right off the highway.

Good breakfast options, quiet on the 4th floor, staff willing to help, very friendly.

We had one car and on top of the room charge we also had to pay for parking!
