There was a little bit of a delaying assistance when we arrived, butthe staff was friendly the only down the pool was closed

Well first of all I arrived at 3:30 because I needed to get a shower and then head to meet family members for pictures and dinner because my daughter was graduating college it was 5:30 before they had my room ready and then the shower was broken and the pool and hot tub was broken and closed so i called booking to see if they could help me out after waiting on hold for 25 minutes a lady answered and said she was going to help me out she said she was going to call the property and see what was going on she told me she would have to put me on hold for up to 5 minutes well after waiting for her 15 minutes Al sudden she hangs up I have been a customer of booking for years and never had a problem until now I feel like someone from booking should contact me to discuss this issue 469-636-0305 sincerely Chris Boyd The staff the terrible customer service the broken shower the closed swimming pool

The man at check-in (Taj, maybe) was so friendly and efficient. We were off to our room in no time! Just a few things. Our room smelled bad when we first got in. It dissipated once we cranked on the AC. The eggs at breakfast were so, so rubbery. And lastly, something you have no control over--a small group of noisy people came rolling down our hall at 12:30 or so. Oh, and your pool was closed. That would have been nice to know in large print up front.

There was a problem with communication between the third party website and the hotel regarding which rooms we were getting and how that would accommodate all of the people in our party. Hailey was amazing and got everything corrected at no additional charge before we even got to the property. The rest of the hotel staff was amazing and accommodating! Nothing

We liked everything about this hotel. I think we’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in Lubbock and this one was by far the best we’ve been to. I had scheduled for the wrong weekend and wrong town. But the manager made it work for us. This is worth 10 stars. We found nothing wrong with the whole property.

Washroom was not cleaned properly , no trash bin and a used towel hanging behind the door.

Rice was great on a weekend they jack up rates. Facility is fine with a spacious king room. Bathroom wasn’t very clean. Stains in toilet and hair in the shower.

We had a bad experience here about six or eight months ago, but wanted to give them another chance. Very bad idea! Bathroom wasn't cleaned - dirty towels from prior guests and hairs all over the sink. Room stank of stale cigs and bad deodorizer. Loud party started at 2AM next door - finally insisted on a new room. The AC in the new room clanked like it was falling off the wall - finally turned it off. Roaches crawling in bathroom and kitchen. And again, someone else's hairs in sink. Found out a new management company took over in January. No better than last one! The only other time I've every asked for a refund on a room was about 30 years ago. I am working with Expedia to get one now. It was that bad. No sleep, and worried one of their roaches hitched a ride home with us. Disgusting!

Details-the glassware in room appeared dirty, floor molding and top of frigerator were dusty. Fitness room mirrors smudged, floor dirty, room dusty. Outdoor patio area was unsightly, bird poop everywhere, exposed wires, two out of three doors did not recognize our room key.
