It was just ok

Perfect hotel

The staff were all very nice and helpful. There were little beetles in the bathroom and outside the door. I had to clean four beetles out of the sink at different times. The plug for the bathtub was broken (inconvenient when you have two little kids to bathe). The toilet paper holder was broken. The room had a pullout couch bed, but there was not any bedding in the room for it. The kitchen area was dirty.

The staff were very friendly and the price was perfect. The breakfast ran out. The room was not clean. There were not enough luggage trams for the guests.

Full size refrigerator. Staff was outstanding and very helpful

We were on the first floor and the window would not lock and we were told by Jeffrey that it was OK and my husband is a Thurman and they do inspections and that is not OK. Anybody can rose a window. They can do anything in your room and we were advised that if somebody tried to get into our room that time we got out, the police would be there where it was mentioned to that there would be security cameras. We only saw a few stay there before never had an issue this time was unimpressed. There was some kind of issue with Booking.com. I had to pay an additional out of my own pocket, I was told that was between me and hotels are Booking.com so not impressed. Please see above

We had a pleasant stay. The room was fine and breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and close to Texas Tech.

Booked a King bed, opened the door to two doubles. Called front desk, he claimed they were full (!, probably 20% full, an outright lie). Also tv did not work in the bedroom and couldn’t shut drapes all the way, so plenty of light in the room as we tried to sleep. Will NEVER stay there again.

It was a great stay until the day we left. They were having construction and shut down the elevator. If we had been notified that it was happening, we would have adjusted our time. There were other minor things that made it frustrating. But the facility was nice.

Rooms exceptionally clean. Staff super helpful. Breakfast choices were amazing! Thanks for a great stay!

Every thing was good except house keeping did not clean our room once while we were there we did get clean towels though when we asked

Breakfast was great! Front desk staff was awesome!! Breakfast hours are early for the start of a weekend (6-9AM). We started our wknd fun on Friday and would have liked to sleep a little longer. :)

Very clean and staff freandly

Very friendly staff. The rooms were large and had very nice amenities. Great breakfast selections. Ample parking.
