Its a Rip Off

Our stay was very brief so we didn’t take advantage of all amenities. Overall our experience was very positive. Front desk staff was friendly/helpful and the room was comfortable/clean. We unfortunately couldn’t get the roman shades to raise in the morning so I assume they were broken. Also the bathroom floor tile was cracking pretty badly. Seems like the floor wasn’t level. Other than those minor details we were quite happy with our stay. 😊

A/C seemed regulated, the room wouldn't cool adequately No vent in the bathroom. Why? Is this to code? The shower tile was dirty, has very large stains. Hard water? Off putting Found a curly hair on a shower towel. Everything else was ok.

Breakfast had great buffet option AND cook to order for less than $15! Staff was very good and supportive when I was asking questions. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable.

This hotel was amazing. We had a suite with a king bed and it was so roomy. I'll be looking to book with this brand again.

Delia at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I really appreciated her doing all she could to make our stay great.

All is good

Usually don’t leave reviews, but this property went above and beyond in all areas. Wanted to especially call attention to Michael in the breakfast area. He was so kind, attentive and gracious. Made our stay even more exceptional.

easy access

We were just passing through and arrived late 10:30pm but the stay and staff were great. Hilton Garden Inn never disappoints with the amenities, cleanliness and helpful nature of the staff. Thanks. Recommend this hotel to any visitors.

First time staying here, only stayed one night, but the front desk was very polite and helpful with restaurant suggestions. We were checked in quickly and our room was very clean, roomy and all lights worked, tv was a nice size and the shower had great pressure and temperature was perfect. The beds were comfy and clean, the only little thing was the pillows, they were way too soft, but having two per person did help a bit. We got good sleep and we all enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn.

Great experience

Nice rooms and dog friendly. Only wish they had a free continental breakfast. I can't eat enough at their breakfast buffet to get my monies worth. Staff were very nice, room was clean.
