All is good

Usually don’t leave reviews, but this property went above and beyond in all areas. Wanted to especially call attention to Michael in the breakfast area. He was so kind, attentive and gracious. Made our stay even more exceptional.

easy access

We were just passing through and arrived late 10:30pm but the stay and staff were great. Hilton Garden Inn never disappoints with the amenities, cleanliness and helpful nature of the staff. Thanks. Recommend this hotel to any visitors.

First time staying here, only stayed one night, but the front desk was very polite and helpful with restaurant suggestions. We were checked in quickly and our room was very clean, roomy and all lights worked, tv was a nice size and the shower had great pressure and temperature was perfect. The beds were comfy and clean, the only little thing was the pillows, they were way too soft, but having two per person did help a bit. We got good sleep and we all enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn.

Nice rooms and dog friendly. Only wish they had a free continental breakfast. I can't eat enough at their breakfast buffet to get my monies worth. Staff were very nice, room was clean.

I did not eat breakfast! Not paying for breakfast of 14.00 a plate!

Attentive reception staff. Our room was far from elevators. Although located in second floor, we were able to call elevators fast. Good shower with bathroom supplies

Staff exceptionally professional and helpful.

The hotel looks like it is finished being upgraded but the pool and weight room were not open and my room had a bad patch work job on the ceiling and the phones were not working. In addition they had only one elevator working and it was hit or miss. I did not get an email to let me know that it was being worked on or under construction.

Furniture in the lobby could use an update.

Sheets thick and stiff, no trash can in room, a/c outdated, was not luxury that goes with Hilton name.

The location was odd and not near any place to eat. Felt industrial and no view. Shower grout needs to be redone or cleaned to not look like it has mold.

Good stay. Pool was closed, but they let me know ahead of time. No hot tub. Everything else was great. Good breakfast.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Hotel was clean. Kept in touch by text to ensure everything was fine. I informed front desk about shower leaking at the bottom of the door. They offered a new room immediately.

The breakfast staff was unkempt. Not very professional standard of dress. The bed itself was uncomfortable. This was not up to the Hilton standard and not value for money.
