Excellent staff, very clean and comfortable

The clerk waived the $50 fee because we did not look like troublemakers and it was midnight and we were leaving early. What a dumb policy. Perhaps you should change the policy based on the age of the people checking in.

Convenient to alot areas and stores. Very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

We had a handicap accessible room with a roll-in shower, but when we showered the water went all over the bathroom, and under the door outside the bathroom. The main door didn’t seal very well and it let in every sound from the front desk and hallway. We went to use the pool and hot tub, but there were so many chemicals the hot tub almost overflowed with foam when we turned on the jets and we couldn’t breathe after about 30 seconds. The pool was literally bubbling and we all broke out in hives. The only upside was the front desk attendant who was great and gave fantastic food recommendations.

Food was good. The room was not cleaned. I was told that I had to verbally request it. That not putting the do not disturb wasn’t enough to indicate to clean the room.

Excellent hot breakfast and it changed from one day to the next not the same breakfast everyday.

The nightstand was sticky, dusty and dirty. The second floor did not have an ice machine as the hallway sign indicated. The hotel was very run down, loud and filthy.

Only complaints are the lack of room coffee makers and lack of ice machines on our floor.
