good location in sw lubbock
-
Definitely a nice, clean and quiet place. We will stay again.

Air conditioning was terrible. Expedia site said free parking. We had to pay for parking. Probably will not stay at this or any hotel affiliated with this one again.
-
The staff was friendly. They had to switch rooms because there was a huge fan drying the carpet when I walked in the room but it was taken care of quickly
-
Everything was great. Our room had a large wet spot in the middle of the room and the hotel staff tried their best to accommodate us for the slight inconvenience. Due to it being a very busy weekend, we weren’t able to switch rooms but they did help us out to the best of their abilities
-
The air conditioning only worked when it sensed movement, was always hot at night while sleeping and when coming back to room,.since their is no movement and had to pay for parking, but the staff was awesome and hotel and rooms were clean

Everything was great and as expected with this particular franchise choice. I can often count on Fairfields to be nice regardless of where they are in the country. My only request, and this is not a slam, nor a negative comment in any way, is that they add vanilla creamer. Normally hotel chains have this option and this one did not for whatever reason. It's just one of the small things I enjoy and look forward to on trips. I highly recommend this chain and l9carion for your stay.

The room was alright, nothing special. There was never anyone at the front desk to help. I waited almost 10 minutes the first time and gave up the other 2 times when needing more towels. They don’t answer their phone either, so don’t call for towels. They charged for parking- even though the website said they don’t, and even better there were about 5-7 cars broken into the first night we were there and the staff was not helpful. Breakfast wasn’t great either. I will suggest another hotel for our team next time we come to Lubbock.

Breakfast sucks! Sausage looked like it was old and gray. Even the bananas were rotten on the inside.....the English muffins were rubber. It Sucked
-
Hotel was clean and cozy.

The air condition was working perfectly. The staff was very nice and friendly. The room could have been cleaner… there were hair in the shower from previous guests and a bottle cap behind the bathroom door from previous guests. So you know that they didn’t clean it very well.
-
Towel rack was not prest. Looks like it was taken off. They had joint compound where it was. Other little things but room was comfortable and served it purpose.
-
It was convenient for what we were doing in Lubbock. Only one waffle maker at breakfast is crazy in a hotel that size. Friends also stayed there and two complained that their TVs were broken.

Check in time is 3 and I arrived at 2:45 and I was told the room was probably not ready and if it was ready I would be charged for early check in and that is ridiculous so I literally had to wait 15 mins before checking in
-
The staff was friendly. The housekeeping staff needs to do better with cleaning there was hair in the bathroom and the bedding was too small the fitted sheet did not fit
-
Great place to stay. Good breakfast and nice clean place as Marriott always is. PAINFULLY slow WiFi. The TVs barely worked the WiFi was so slow. Otherwise great stay!
-
Not clean and won’t be back
-
I could NOT hear people speaking in the rooms next to me, or hear their TVs. It was great!

I was disappointed in the hotel. I have stayed at many Marriott facilities and have to say this was the worst one yet. The rooms were nasty. We had someone else’s hair all over the floor, room service skipped our room… the a/c was making an awful sound and smelt like mildew. We turned the a/c to 65 and were still burning up. Breakfast was also a bust. The food was slim pickings.. I don’t think I would return to say the least.
