Tru by Hilton Lubbock Southwest

It was clean and nice. The breakfast was okay.

Was charged for parking but when I came back to the hotel to settle in for the evening, there wasn’t any parking spots available. Staff instructed me to park on the street or at the hotel next door. While I understand limited parking, seems a bit unethical to charge for parking if there isn’t any available. The floors in the room were disgustingly dirty. When I pulled back the covers to go to bed, there was hair all throughout and a wadded up tissue as well. Pretty sure the sheets had not been changed since the last guest. This will be my one and only stay here.

Ms. Nancy was doing a great job cleaning she was even getting the corners. I always check the corners and didn’t find a single one that was not clean. Every staff member I spoke to was very kind and helpful. I would be happy to stay there again

The only thing is the water pressure was very low.

Excellent stay. Wish the exercise room was open. Also, maybe a good idea to police the grounds for trash.

The floors in the elevator were severely cracked and broken.

Despite this hotel looking fairly new we found our room to be gross and filthy. Looking around the edges of the bathroom grossed me out. The shower was covered in soap scum. Worst of all someone had either thrown up or worse all over the wall beside the toilet. I don’t think I’ll be returning to a Tru by Hilton.

Worst customer service. Waited 5 minutes just for someone to get to the desk. Even though I had mobile check in, I still had to go thru the entire check in process. Will never stay here again.

Great place to stay for a concert. Plenty of food options near the property. Quick access to the Highways.

Nice and quiet place

Breakfast was average. Everything we ask for at front desk as far as sfuff we needed in room never happened and room didn’t get cleaned!!! Was here 3 nights

Blood splatter in room on chair. Floors sticky, bedding looked like someon took a nap on it . Missing wash rags and used towel messily put with clean one, Safety bar in elevator fell off when descending, Dirty and kind of gross, left a day early without refund rather than stay another night,

Perfect for economic rate

Had to ask about cleaning service and was told they don’t clean the rooms everyday. Asked again since they didn’t clean it when asked the first time and said our room would be the first to be cleaned in the morning.

Great place to unwind and very friendly staffs with clean facilities

This was all strange since it appeared to be a fairly new building. All these issues here but, the staff was very nice.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. A few minor things were... ●water pressure was weak in shower ●wasn't a trash can in room only in bathroom ●could never get the key to work on the outside door for easier access to room even when replaced ● couldn't get the guide on tv to show titles

The electric plugs on one wall did not work and the had to run a large orange extension cord from bathroom to television

Bed was super hard, A/C wouldn’t work
