We stayed for a softball tournament and everything was wonderful. Our only complaint was the small amount of available TV channels and the TV would not let us login to streaming services.

The hotel itself was great, the only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the WiFi was not working, TV had like 17 channels, mainly sport and news, didn’t have any channels for kids, and I had 3 with me so they couldn’t even use their iPads, for entertainment. Either way they enjoyed the pool.

This is always a great place to stay in Lubbock.

Every thing was good

Bathroom had drips down the walls and tub, and tile floor looked very dirty. Internet and TV service never worked during our stay. Stains on the bed covers. Toilet was leaking water. When we were finally able to get maintenance to look at it, he shut off the water and told us not to use the toilet for the rest of our stay (24 hours). Pool is missing many tiles.

Property was very clean, and Christina Barrios, Manager on Duty was extremely helpful and very polite. Definitely staying at this property again.

They called & then came to my room at 11pm & asked to see my booking information after I had already checked in. At check in I gave my credit card I used to book & my drivers license, so I don’t understand. Very poor & unprofessional experience. I had a hard time going back to sleep after the other guest tried to enter my room & because of the interruptions from front desk staff that I ended up leaving at around 5am

Stayed for a week because we were in town for a camp at Texas Tech. The breakfast was lacking to say the very least. The slowest elevator I've ever seen. Called several times daily to have housekeeping pick up old towels and bring new ones and nothing.

Nice, clean, and comfortable room. The property is conveniently located.

The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and professional and the hotel and it's rooms were maintained in an excellent manner.
