Great customer service. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Watee pressure was perfect. Pool was great!!! Overall great hotel.

We enjoyed the extra sleeping with the pull out bed from the couch. It was perfect for the grandkids.

Our stay was great, the rooms were clean as was the amenities. The breakfast was as good as any hotel breakfast not bad. My only complaint is that the beds were awful! They are so hard! If you laid in your side it was definitely gonna hurt your hips. Other than the beds, we had a good stay. Great location, generally safe area. The pool was great especially if you have small children.

Everybody was very friendly. This hotel is very clean and nice. It is a great value for the price. I would highly recommend staying here

Our stay was for multiple days and we had excellent service! This location was convenient to get to and close many the stores and restaurants. Wonderful!!

The room was large. The beds were comfortable . The breakfast was good.

!st the good, Great staff, bed was very comfortable, and where our room was it was quiet from road noise. We felt the breakfast was decent We do have some negative, Our room the water in the sink had only a trickle of preassure for both hot and cold. The shower had such a soft spray of preassure I could hardley get the shampoo/conditioner rinsed out, and or soap off the body. The towels, toliet paper, kleenex were like sand paper. I would recommend they replace the toliet as it is very low to floor. Seems the room needs some updating as the lamp shade was broken in several places. The last item is our room had what I believe is a utility closet that must run the air/heat. It was blocked by the desk, but it would start and stop constantly very noisy. As far as the hotel one of the elevators was down all but the last night we were there. We did go to the spa and pool our last evening, the jets didn't work and the tiles all around the spa and in pool were dirty all in all some TLC is in order to keep the facility nice.

No La Quinta in Lubbock is clean or maintained that we have stayed in. Very disappointed.

This hotel was pretty good for a basic hotel. Breakfast is included, but we missed it because it ended early (9:00am). This was super disappointing for our kids. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. The water pressure was great although the drain was almost completely clogged (no maintenance available). They have free laundry on the 2nd floor but only one washing machine was working and NONE of the dryers were, so that was not good. No maintenance available on site in the evening when we called about this. My husband was able to unclog the thick lint in the dryer line of one machine and stayed up until 3:30am so that he could keep restarting the machine to limp our clothes along until mostly dry, which is probably why we missed breakfast in the morning. This was a huge fail. We had to clear the shower drain ourselves, too, since there was no maintenance available. Massive hair clump in the drain, like the size of a cantaloupe!! Otherwise, reasonably priced room that was convenient on our travels and good for 1 night. If you're able to do your own repairs, even better.
