Clean room and great staff!!! The jacuzzi needs to be cleaned.

AC was very loud. Shower floor was cracked and the sink was cracked as well. Shower head was covered in buildup and the water was spraying in multiple directions. Not cleaned too great but we’ve definitely had worse. Overall 3/5

Loved this hotel it was our first time staying here. Everything was super clean and well maintained. The gym and pool were both really nice. We especially loved that there was signage hanging up around the hotel stating to respect the hours between 10pm and 7am due to it being quiet time. We loved the peace & quiet. The hotel's location was superb we loved the area and how close it was to restaurants, shopping, & convenience stores. The staff was so friendly and a pleasure to speak with upon arriving and departing. We will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

The room we reserved got given away and our kids were forced to sleep on the floor. No refunds or help provided.

Hotel staff was nice, rooms were very clean

we liked the size of the rooms and the separation between living room and bedroom. The mini-fridge was not cold enough - it was not able to re-freeze our ice packs for our cooler. The A/C did not seem to cool as well as it should have. The breakfast was not good enough to pay for (croissants were stale, bacon was soggy, fruit was not fresh or overly fresh to the point of rotten, the coffee cups were tiny) - you can find places offering better breakfasts included in a room rate at this level.

Morning staff was professional and very helpful. Breakfast was a little pricey. We chose not to eat there. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

The location was perfect and had many restaurants around it.

Very Clean rooms. Friendly Staff. Restaurant was a wonderful. My only complaint was the flooring at the pool. Very very slippery. I almost witnessed a pregnant lady go down due to the flooring. The kids in the pool were all slipping. Other than that great Hotel and Location.

Great and professional staff. Made our stay seamless and pleasant. Clean rooms and nothing touched. Would stay here again.

decent hotel, decently clean, the gym equipment needs some repairs, none of the tvs on the cardio machines work, one of the foot holders on the rower is broken..needs some attention
