Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Lubbock Southwest, TX

I’ve stayed here before and the first time the carpet was wet due to cleaning. This second time the air conditioner was not working properly. We had just driven from Miami and were tired so we just went to bed. The property is clean and the staff is nice.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We had access to the pool and hot tub. The room was clean.

Absolutely horrible experience. We had live roaches crawling on us around 1 a.m., and we had no choice but to leave and change hotels. The room was disgusting carpets had horrible stains everywhere, the bedding had stains, there were dead roaches, and there was mold in the bathroom. There was also no hot water. The breakfast was extremely disappointing, the pool was nasty, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Save yourself the hassle and money. DO NOT STAY HERE.

165$ for about the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed at (and I stay in 10-15 nights in a month)From the moment you walk in, to the moment you get into the elevators and to the room and to finish the stay off inside the breakfast area . It’s so sad that the price we had to pay was to stay in filth and pillows were horrible (little squares) The ONLY good thing were the staff . I will honestly say . The staff were very very nice and helpful . I think if they were rude and not helpful I definitely would have lost my money and went to go pay else where . I definitely recommend them to retrain their housekeeping members . Of removing stains out of door handles , toilet latches , hair in the sink and shower , ground , wipe down every counter to remove crumbs and stains . Get a contractor to go clean the pool because the waters were horribly dirty and ants all around the sitting area . This hotel is fairly new and it’s ran down completely! You guys need more breakfast options . Your pictures are very deceitful!!

Not very welcoming with threatening signs about rules everywhere. Building seems to be constructed weirdly as floor bends and shakes easily. Clean, though.

The carpet in my room needed to be vacuumed and shampooed. I found a dirty sock underneath a red chair. The bathroom sink was not cleaned properly

Found hair in the shower and room seemed like it was cleaned to a minimum

Not so great first experience at this hotel. Once entered the room, noticed stains and floor not swept or mopped at all. All sheets on both beds looked like they had not been washed. Dirt, smeared (what looked like) makeup, stains, and hallway carpet on every floor had horrible stains on it. Only ONE elevator button from the first floor was working with no sign for the other one leaving people stuck there which what seemed forever. The gentlemen from the front desk was very helpful and changed our sheets along with mopping and vacuuming but unfortunately the new sheets that were put on also had horrible stains. Used the pool which was great, never ate the breakfast from there. Not too crazy about this hotel.

We don’t write many reviews. However, this might’ve been one of the grossest hotels we’ve ever been to. It was not clean at all. All of the carpet was stained and look like it had never been cleaned. The elevator had gunk all over the floor and your shoes literally got stuck to it. We just ended up driving another 5 1/2 hours to our destination rather than stay. I felt bad for the staff working there.

The staff were friendly and they made check in easy. I will say that the property was not the cleanest. There was spilled coffee in the hallways and elevators. The floor in the room had several stains and the bath/shower was outdated and dirty. Thankfully it was a last minute check in for us and we only stayed one night.

The pillows were horrible.

The severe desk was terrible it was the worse service desk I have had in a longtime I was very disappointed in it

Room was disgusting. Carpet was stained in both of our rooms. First room had dirt and hair underneath the comforter. Had to be moved to another room due to the dirty bed and the ac not working. Don’t be fooled by the pretty outside and lobby, it’s all a cover for their disgusting rooms.

The first room that we were put in had grass in the sheets dirt all over the floor the toilet had the seat up and was dirty. I called down to the front desk. I had to get moved to a new room. The new room was cleaner than the first one, but you could tell that they didn’t clean the sheets. I will not pay $140 at this hotel again

Dirty room. Ice machines don’t work. Bare bones breakfast.

The hotel was nice and clean, breakfast could have been better.

The staff was friendly, everything was clean and well taken care of Everything was perfect. I cannot recommend this property enough.

It was a good experience and front desk were friendly and alert at all times. I felt safe. Just the jacuzzi.was not working was my only complaint.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good. Microwave, fridge, coffee maker, clothes iron. Plenty of bathroom amenities.

Rooms were very clean had a comfortable stay
