Super 8 by Wyndham Lubbock West

Exceptional

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room definitely needed some cleaning.

Poor

Location is good Very dirty and poorly maintained

Disappointing

This place is a dump. If you need an inexpensive hotel in a bind it will work, but wouldn’t stay here otherwise. The hotel is dirty as a whole. The rooms are gross. The walls were filthy, the tub and sink weren’t clean, mold growing in the AC and the towels had stains on them. The TV didn’t work and the deadbolt on the door didn’t lock. The ice machine was growing its own strand of mold.

Superb

Only place we could get. Lady at front desk was super nice. Manager or whoever banged on door straight at 11 and then tried to open door within 2 seconds. We were packing last of our stuff. Just rude. Unclean. No soap. Towels looked dirty and room smelled very unpleasant. Doors on outside of building didn't lock at night on outside of building. Pictures were very deceptive.

Nice, clean, and cool. Staff was friendly, courtesy.

the beds were alright not the best the staff are very rude and the manager is very rude as well i would not recommend this hotel at all

Comfy bed, location Dirty floors, Floors not mopped in a log time

Location and space The god damned TV’s didn’t work!

Quite

Air conditioner was very loud I had to turn it off. Hole in drywall in bathroom. Kitchen sink filthy and no dishes or silverware in the kitchenette. A coffee pot with no coffee.

Location, price, staff

Good

Staff were rude, manager

Found a bed bug in the room

Great customer services when we arrived. Found a bed bug in the room

The location was great & front desk receptionist was friendly! The room was not properly cleaned for the next guest. There was hair all over the floor & no soap to use in the shower. Tv did not allow us to watch anything. Several other guest were logged into several different formats.
