The staff was the best part of our stay - pleasant and helpful. The rooms were not. First we were out in a room with a broken tv, broken coffee maker and doors that didn’t close to the bedroom and toilet/shower. We were moved into another room with an ac unit that barely worked and more doors that would not close. Neither room had a safety lock at the top of the entry door. There were holes in the bathroom wall.

Staff was Super friendly and accommodating. Room was spotless. Easily the best hotel in the area at this price point. The $100 deposit on the room. I guess the days of “card on file for incidentals” are long gone. We got the refund in less than 5 days, but be prepared to pay it up front.

Bathroom was not clean. Very old property that needs an upgrade especially the bathtub. The tub was rusty, the room smelled of mildew. I do not recommend it

The room had a strong moldy smell when we arrived. There was no remote for the TV, and although someone from the front desk brought one and supposedly programmed it, the TV still did not work. To make matters worse, the bathtub had not been properly cleaned, and soap from the previous guest was still in the tub. These are basic cleanliness and maintenance issues that should have been addressed before the room was given to another guest. After this experience, I would not stay at this hotel again and unfortunately cannot recommend it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The entry into the property was a little rough putting in and a little hard to hit when pulling in.

The staff was very friendly but they don’t own the hotel. There is only so much they can do. If the owners only want a mediocre hotel the hotel is a mediocre hotel. The hotel was clean, inside or out. We had to clean our room. The hotel room has vinyl floors and they felt and looked like they had not been cleaned. The hotel reminded me of a motel.

Building was falling apart, elevator was sketchy, had to get our towels and toilet paper, and room had cockroaches. Staff took info, but was dismissive and wouldn’t provide managements info. Will never recommend or stay again.

This place is gross. The tub was nasty and missing the middle piece above the drain. The mirror was filthy. The furniture was awful. And there was some weird plastic covering around something coming down from the ceiling. I walked in the room, looked around, and walked right back out. It didn’t matter that I paid through Expedia and it was non-refundable. I would gladly pay double to stay somewhere better than this place.

1. Room was not ready when checked in at 3:00. 1.5 hrs to be cleaned 2. Sheets were not changed .. just fixed.. as they were late in cleaning it.. possibly, couldn’t change the sheets. 3. Lack of lighting in room.. had to change lightbulbs while in room!! 4. Amenities… not tissue, tiny shampoos n conditioner.. not enough.. seemed, previously used or left over! 5. Elevators were not working.. and no staff to help with the bags.. 6. Waiting lounge, stairs and breakfast areas; unclean .. very dirty old furniture.. and unpleasant smell. 7. Breakfast was pathetic! 8. Complaint to Manager .. he mentioned lack of staff, still poor management overall. One night was more than enough to stay in such place!!

Nothing it was horrible only reason we stayed was because there was no where else we could go everything was booked up we found a lighter on the couch. The stove didn’t work there was a hole in the restroom door it was nothing like the pictures I was so disappointed and mad that we HAD to stay there
