Easy to find, easy to check in and clean rooms

I’ve had to stay here a few times this month due landlord issues. The hotel has always had just what I needed. Staff is helpful, and good at communicating even when I needed to extend my stay. Will always stay/recommend this place.

Pool was cold but my daughter enjoyed it. Breakfast was great,bed slept good and the cleaning lady's were super nice. The lady at the front desk is awesome 👌

Ever since I found this motel. I have repeatedly returned. Anytime I need to stay in Lubbock this is where I'll be. Thanks for keeping up with the place and continue the good work.

There was some renovations being done, so the pool was closed. The security lock on the room door was broken. People upstairs were so loud all night. Staff was great, breakfast was basic but fulfilling.

We stayed here as a place to sleep for 8 hours before continuing on our travels. It was a decent price for what we needed. When we checked in, the front desk person didnt seem thrilled that we arrived at 1am. Not sure what vibe we gave but we were told "no smoking, no vaping, and don't trash your room"...kind of strange. I killed 3 bugs in our room when we first came in. Not a huge deal. Our room had giant spotlights pointing straight into it. The curtains did ok to block it out. It seems like the hotel is trying to make upgrades but it just seems like an old hotel. Breakfast was decent Texas shaped waffles, bagels, cereal, biscuits and gravy. We slept good, we had breakfast ready and took coffee to go. It was decent.

Outside was absolutely gross! Very disappointed!!!

The rooms are super generic. Not completely clean, but also not terrible. Booked our room with amenities like a pool and a hot tub to show up for check-in to see that they are closed.

Everything was great except for the pool was closed for the weekend which was disappointing and then the elevator broke and we had to walk downstairs three stories

Front desk had one very overworked employee. The doorways in and out of the building were black and filthy. The pool was closed. The breakfast food was cold. The bathroom sink heat/cold temps were backwards. The towels smelled sour. The main hallway stunk and were musty smelling. Room was very cool which was a bonus.

Good stay. The guy at the front desk was kinda bothered cause I interpreted his phone time when I asked for towels

ADA compliance was excellent. Non-carpeted floors.

This is a really nice place. It is super close to restaurants and other things. Very nice staff. I always stay here when I’m passing through town.
