Hampton Inn & Suites Lubbock Southwest

Everything was perfect. We always choose this hotel when we go to Lubbock.

The room was clean. Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Will stay again if I need to.

Our room was very clean and well supplied with towels, coffee, and the basic bath toiletries. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There was a good variety of items offered at breakfast and the dining area was kept clean. If in Lubbock again, I will choose to stay at this hotel.

Everything was great

We are on a 3 week trip through Mississippi and Texas with stops in Kentucky, Alabama, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Missouri, staying mostly at Hampton Inns since we are traveling with a small dog. The Lubbock location was the nicest layout we've seen for the hotel and room itself. We visited family, the Windmill Museum and the Ranching Museum at Texas Tech plus several shopping areas on the south side. We found this location in Lubbock made it easy to get around town, to a grocery and to TTU when needed.

We enjoyed and had a restful time during the entire stay. The staff was knowledgeable and professional. The hotel was clean and had a good choice of decor. The breakfast can be of better quality. The eggs were bland. The oatmeal was dry. Add bacon to your menu

The grab and go Breakfast bag was nice. The bath towels looked brand new, out of pkg flat so clearly not washed. The extra pillow and blanket in the closet were well needed. Hubby was not impressed with the hot breakfast.

Two suite room was very spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and always geeeted us with a smile.

Easy check-in, breakfast had good variety

Simple breakfast. I booked a double queen and they over sold the rooms and opted for the pull out sofa bed. Not the best sleep and the mattress was so thin. The bed sheet was dirty. It was to late to call anyone and just threw over the extra blanket in the closet. The staff are nice and helpful. Would stay there again if ever was in the area. parking was easy and well lighted. The rest of the place was always clean.

Combination of Expedia not allowing me to change an error in initial reservation, to when checking in being told we no longer had a reservation, along with being charged for the one night booked in error to having to pay double for the ONE night we needed the reservation for. Long story, changed 3x for a room for ONE night. Felt as is we were flat out lied to when checking in saying there were no more rooms available because we didn’t check in on the night I booked in error therefore our “2nd night” was automatically cancelled. But then, oh wait, “we actually do have some rooms. Which floor would you prefer?” at an additional nights rate. I would LOVE to speak to a manager at Expedia about this experience!! This problem would never have come about if Expedia would have cancelled the night I booked in error and kept the following night which was correct.
