Not a single ice machine worked anywhere. The fridge in our room did not work. The 3rd floor carpet is awful. Not worth the price.

An hour after I checked in, I had an emergency. My mother got put in ICU and I had to leave. They refused to do any kind of a refund not even do a partial they not helpful and actually quite rude on every interaction with staff there

I stayed one night and slept like a baby bed was comfy staff was polite pillows good no bugs! Great price. Would definitely stay again. I’m not sure the hall ac worked but my room was nice and comfy and ac worked great.

Not a single working Ice Machine in the entire hotel. Hallways were hot, not air conditioned. Breakfast was decent.

Bed-Foot higher than the head, made knees, hips and back hurt. Bathroom door would not stay open. No night light in bathroom. Hall carpets stained. In a couple of places it felt like there were holes in the floor under the carpet.

i had to get my dad to drive from 30 minutes away just so i could check in. i am about to be 20 in a couple days, and shouldn’t need a parent. front desk girl was always on her tablet watching a movie and on ft everytime i would go to the front desk. bathroom was very midly maintained and the hallways stink. also your website is not user friendly.
