i had to get my dad to drive from 30 minutes away just so i could check in. i am about to be 20 in a couple days, and shouldn’t need a parent. front desk girl was always on her tablet watching a movie and on ft everytime i would go to the front desk. bathroom was very midly maintained and the hallways stink. also your website is not user friendly.

Location The swimming pool was out of service no ac during 100 degree weather rude customer service. Just because you’re related to the manager doesn’t excuse you from treating a customer appropriately. The ice machine on every floor was not working. They were not properly prepared to receive customers. The customers were walking around buying bags of ice to survive this situation. I was lied to stating they offered another room that conversation wasn’t had I was yelled at for reporting the conditions to Booking.Com. That was the concern.

The property location was close to the interstate with easy access on and off the interstate When we arrived, the room wasn’t ready, the carpets and chairs were wet from cleaning and there was a strong chemical smell in the room. There was a hole on the back side of the bathroom door from either a kick or hit with a heavy edge.

Everything was perfect nice workers good breakfast and kid friendly we loved it

Upon arrival there was a sign that said the pool was closed til further notice. So no pool. The carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed ever. The sheets to the bed were in disarray and looked like someone had slept in them. I made the front desk aware. He went and looked himself and checked with the cleaning staff and said it was clean but that the new cleaning staff didn’t know how to properly make the bed. He said he would move me rooms but there wasn’t one to move me too. There wasn’t a refrigerator in the room. I was not pleased but it got the job done.

Unfortunately, the issues continued once we got to our room. The refrigerator did not work, which was especially concerning since we were traveling with medication that needed to remain refrigerated. The microwave was also nonfunctional. The bathtub did not have a stopper, making it impossible to give young children a bath. The television did not have cable service, requiring guests to connect their own devices via HDMI. Additionally, none of the ice machines were working, and when I asked the front desk if they any ice, I was told they did not have ice. Thank goodness for the gas station across the street. One of the amenities that influenced our decision to book this hotel was the pool, only to discover it was closed “until further After reading other reviews, it appears many of these issues have been ongoing for quite some time. While we understand that occasional maintenance problems happen, the number of unresolved issues during our stay made it difficult to feel that the property was being properly maintained.

The hot tub and pool were out of service.

No trash can in bathroom. Desk chair broken and TV did not work. Told front desk about it when we checked out. No apology or thanks for letting them know

I like that it’s convenient to get in town & on the loop if needed. Right off the the freeway You never know if pool is available it has indoor pool just something is always going on pool temporary closed when you get there booking online you never know

The room was great it had all the things i needed to stay for multiple days. Very spacious and the water preasure was great!! The day time staff were unpolite and seemed to be judgemental due to my appearence i believe!! I was charged 2 dollars for "linnen fee" after my second day when i needed more towels and went to the front to request some for my third and fourth day stays!! I wish i would have known of the fee i could have just continued using the same ones for my entire stay, however there was no notice posted nor information on the website about the fee so it was a surprise additional cost that should be mentioned somewhere to improve transparency and awareness!!

The quiet place Location

Pool "closed until further notice." Then it should not be listed as an amenity online. Front desk staff look to be zombies...at best. Wasn't sure if I needed to check their pulses for signs of life. I have no idea why this property was ranked so high. Very misleading. Of looking for cheap stay without using pool and don't care for customer service, then I guess it's good enough.

The breakfast was one of the "fullest" I've ever witnessed in a hotel setting. THANK YOU! Also, the "peaceful feeling" brought about by the fish tank in the lobby....as well as the nature hike represented on TV during breakfast....enhanced my ability to feel relaxed. The television remote did not work
