Aloft by Marriott Lubbock

Hotel was very clean and lobby has an amazing smell when you walk in and staff greeted us right away. Room was great clean and ac was amazing.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE NEVER EVER EVER WVER STAY HERE EVERR!!!!

I have been traveling for weeks and actually was in my hometown just needing a spot to be out the house for the night…anyways this place is the best motel I have ever stayed at. The staff was extremely professional, helpful and kind. I was having a really bad day and they made me feel safe and welcomed, I really needed it. I paid $300 for a room in San Antonio and didn’t even touch the amazing environment I received at Aloft. I will choose this hotel everytime!

The bed was really comfortable and the air conditioning was nice and chilly and I had the best night of sleep I’ve had in a long time. The shower gel was empty but the shampoo was fine for washing with. Everyone on staff were really nice and friendly.

Everything was great! We will stay again!

The room was filthy. Restroom and shower were dirty. Walls were full of stains. The fridge had leftover takeout. The floors were sticky. We wiped everything down with a bleach spray and the wash rags turned black.

Disappointed! The room was missing the door to the bathroom. Gym roof was leaking water.

Room was very clean and well maintained. Enjoyed my stay there. Will stay again.

Had two reservations and they said we didn’t and charged us for an additional room.

Another great experience at this hotel. They are friendly and they love our dogs. They even took a picture of our shelties for the wall.

The room was clean! Love the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. Idk about the bar. It never open while I was there. They had one housekeeper that was very sweet. She came in and made our bed. I hope she had a great Birthday! I like they were PET FRIENDLY 💕.

The location for a Texas tech visit was good and not a bad drive from the hotel. This hotel sits right near retail and restaurants which is very convenient in case you want to walk and leave car parked. It was quiet and a nice place to stay. Did not use amenities. One elevator was out of service and the other got stuck during our time there as we noticed the fire department on our floor assisting. The hallways felt a little too dark (darker than the norm at other hotels). Nice lobby area though. Room with 2 queen beds was very spacious. Linens and towels felt and looked clean. Nice big shower and bathroom vanity area however not all lights were in working order in the bathroom. Shower pressure also felt a little low. Overall not a bad stay.

The staff were very helpful. The first room we were given had a fracture in the window that ran to the edges three ways. They moved us immediately. The next room was nice but we felt a little small. We would need a suite next time. Conveniently located to shopping, dining, and events. We will stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay, it was my first time staying at an Aloft property. Courteous staff, easy check-in/-out, spacious and comfortable lobby lounge area, the bar service and selection was great, clean and cozy room, fair price, convenient location, safe area of town - the works. Looking forward to a future weekend excursion at Aloft.

Our vehicle was broken into sometime during the night. When we found the damage in the morning and brought it to the staff’s attention, we were given a towel and told that the manager would check footage from the security camera near the vehicle when they arrived to work in an hour. Not much empathy or assistance was provided. We will not stay here again.
