Best Western Plus Tech Medical Center Inn

I would recommend staying here.

Breakfast was good. Parking eas easy.

Parking was limited late evening.

The front desk helped us quickly and checked us in quickly. We had our dog with us and they were aware ahead of time. We were treated well. Our room was spacious and clean. The indoor pool was nice and had towels. Breakfast was good but not quickly restocked. The hotel was FULL and there was only one worker for the breakfast area, so that could have been the problem. We asked her for more cafe and waited, but she didn't make any more. Breakfast still had an hour to go. Other than that it was a very good stay.

Check-in and checkout was very quick, professional and informative. Menu for breakfast was written on a board outside of breakfast area. This was very unique and helpful. Everything was clean and in its place. I would definitely stay again if I am ever in this area again.

This is a fairly new property with all new room furnishings and the King 1BR Suite we stayed in was extremely roomy with a separate dining area…

Comfortable stay. Clean room. Good variety of breakfast items. Enjoyed the pool. Hotel and grounds were professionally maintained.

The room was clean, and staff was helpful. I found it strange that the front desk had restrictions on the TVs volume. Remote would not work or couldn’t be adjusted without their assistance. The coffee maker in the room and refrigerator did not work properly. The refrigerator froze everything, when adjusted it was either to warm or way to cold. The air conditioner was so loud, it made it difficult to sleep. This was not somewhere I would stay again for longer than a night, our 3 day stay was way to long.

no fan in bathroom and dog vomit on the floor. Room smelled musty. Breakfast was decent but coffee ran out fast. Front desk was excellent.

Breakfast was pretty good, and the people were nice!

We had a problem with another hotel not having working air conditioning, so we desperately searched for another room at 1 a.m. We didn't have high expectations to begin with, but this hotel was more than we could ask for. Clean, quick, easy check in, roomy, and my stepson said "best waffles ever."

We came in late. They gave us room 220. That room smells like cat urine, it’s absolutely horrible. We went right down to ask for another room. They gave us 214, which was the only other room available. This one smelled like an ash tray. I don’t understand the good reviews for this place. The next morning they told us they could get us another room. The lady behind me was there as well asking for another room because they’re room smelled so bad, room 220. I just don’t understand how you as a company know how bad this room smells and yet assign it to other guest. Do better.
