I am fairly certain there had been pets in our room previously because shortly after arriving, my allergies became very severe. My eyes were swollen and itchy, my nose became congested, and I was sneezing nonstop. What really confirmed it for me was that once I left the hotel, my symptoms would improve and I could breathe normally again. Unfortunately, it was Parents Weekend and every hotel in the area was booked, so I had no choice but to tough it out for our stay. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good, so I have no complaints about the service. That being said, because of my allergies, I personally would not be able to stay here again. If you have similar sensitivities to indoor pets, I would recommend being aware that this is a pet-friendly property before booking.
