Property was filthy dirty walls were full of dirtyness its was the bad experience never again

Rooms are spacious, staff was nice, breakfast was the same every day but had eggs, sausage, potatoes and buiscuts with gravy. Also cereal and bread . Location is great. Close to texas tech university.

This property is very old. The entry way smells of old smoke. The room we had was very basic. The sink and tub did not drain properly.

Door to the room stuck and required effort to open. AC had trouble keeping up in room. Handicapped shower was nice but should be able to be aimed so water stay in shower.

Everything was great

The staff was nice and kind of comedic. The AC unit started buzzing in the middle of the night disturbing our sleep

Looks a little old but good condition.

Don’t go to breakfast because the egg it’s not good the pancake mix it’s watery and after it finishes cooking it gets stuck and only comes out in pieces the lady that puts food she’s the receptionist she separates plates from each other and does not wash hands after going to receptionist. Very bad customer service the receptionist she’s not polite never happy.

The condition of the property is poor. Cracked tiles, rust, worn/shabby trim. Carpeting hadn't been vacuumed for a while. But the room was big and the bathroom was a comfortable size. We could see the bottom of the pool from our window and it was filthy. Breakfast was terrible. But the highlight of the stay was that they have an onsite bar, that was a lot of fun and very friendly staff. Overall it was a good place for the night.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Kids loved the pool. Room door jamb was sticking, hard to open. Two ladies at the front desk were unpleasant. Didn't mean to interrupt their break station. There was no designated grassy dog walking area. Had to go across the street. Breakfast was under cooked and cold.

The only good thing about this property is the bartender. Room was dirty, bathroom shower curtain had green and brown snot and boogers all over it. The lady that was there at check in Was terribly rude and seemed to be bothered that we got two rooms.

Mgr was gracious enough to let us check in early for 25 dollars
