Smelled clean, good location Door on bathroom needed to swing other direction. You had to have door closed to be able to use the sink. The floor had a slick feel to it which I’m sure was from cleaning products.

Clean room with comfortable bed. Good selections on hot breakfast.

CLEAN AND VERY FRIENDLY. GOOD SIZE ROOM GREAT SHOWER PRESSURE. BREAKFAST HAD OPTIONS WHICH IS A PLUS. COMFORTABLE BED AND GREAT LOCATION. WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN. NOT ALOT OF PARKING FOR THE 2 HOTELS AND THE CONFRENCE CENTER.

The facility was very clean, friendly desk clerk and location was excellent in Lubbock. We have no complaints

Our room smelled of mold and mildew and as if the floor was mopped with dirty water. I surely did not want to walk around without my shoes. The bathroom was so awkwardly situated to the point that my husband literally walked into the corner of the towel rack in the middle of the night and bruised his shoulder.

I booked this room because it was supposed to be pet friendly. After driving 450 miles I get to the motel for my check in and was told they did not allow cats. I had to rebook my room. The staff was un friendly, rude,argumentative and not helpful at all. I will never stay here. It is pet specific and should point that out. The what i felt was deceptive ad needs more clarification.

Good size room and clean. The location is great and easy to get to Texas Tech.
