The front desk associate during my check-in was exceptionally good. She was very attentive and friendly. But that impression of good customer service was subsequently erased by the way we were treated by the staff upon accidentally sleeping in 30 minutes past checkout (regular, not late checkout time), where we were barraged with banging on the door, yelling, and a call asking if we were staying another night (this is 30 minutes past normal checkout, not even late checkout). This was the antithesis of customer service. I erroneously expected more from Wyndham (whom until now I had associated with upscale venues), but I suppose they are now synonymous with motels. That said, it's perfect if you just need a place to sleep that is clean and inexpensive, and you can handle potentially not being treated like a valued customer.

It was amazing the rooms were clean and comfortable.
-
Very nice staff and clean room. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel location is convenient for medical appointments. The staff are friendly, the hotel is quiet, and your needs are accommodated. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. There are numerous restaurants close by.

It was nice. Great price. Breakfast kinda sucked but that’s not a huge deal

I stayed here 2x in 2 weeks for a total of 8 days while my father was in the hospital at UMC. Virginia and her staff went above and beyond to accommodate my family while we were there. The rooms were clean as was the property. It’s easy access to the hospitals and not far from anything you may want to do while in Lubbock.

No coffee in the room

The Staff was very professional. I would have like to seen an ice machine on the floor not having to go all the way to the first floor.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, friendly staff None

I love how quiet it is in this hotel. It’s rare I find a hotel that I can get a good night’s sleep in. This place fits the bill. The staff are helpful and friendly. We’ve stayed a couple of times and have not been disappointed.
-
Very nice! I didn't like having to go down 2 floors for ice.

It was a good place to stay

The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. When traveling with kids, breakfast is one of the main things we look forward to each morning as a family, and we expected more from a hotel of this quality. The selection was very basic, consisting mainly of waffles, bagels, bread, biscuits and gravy, eggs, and drinks. Compared to other hotels we have stayed at, it lacked variety and did not meet our expectations. While the room and location were great, the breakfast experience would make me consider staying elsewhere in the future.

Staff was rude and shower was rusted.
-
Nothing. We arrived late. We called the hotel and explained that we would be late. We were told that we had to arrive before 3am or we couldn't check in. We paid for nothing. The explanation was "We will have began our night audit and it is too difficult on us to check someone in after we begin our audit." No worries, I will never be a bother to you again!

Staff was surly, the female breakfast attendant was rude. Cesar at the front desk was a bit difficult. There were brown spots on the pillow case and sheet. The hot water handle could barely turn. Overall I was disappointed with the room. I’ve stayed there three of four times over the last year but not again.
-
Very clean, good breakfast with real eggs, basic hotel for a vey good price

This was a last minute book for us since we were on our way home to Houston from Colorado. The location was great and the staff was so friendly! Our room was so big (1 king bed) with a large closet as well. The free breakfast was a added plus. All areas were extremely clean as well. N/A
