problems with the elevators, had to walk stairs to the 6th floor several times. Breakfast lacked eggs even though there was a place for them. Whoever painted the room I was in needs some training.

The hotel also has a small shop with a few drinks and snacks if you don’t want to head out for shopping. The location is just minutes from Texas Tech, the reason for our visits. Just be careful that Google Maps had the location incorrect. I tried sending them the right location, so who knows how long that will take to fix? Parking is outside and free. There was always plenty available although the spots up front fill up first.

Good location and clean rooms

Need bigger tvs waaay 2 small.

Very disappointed. The trashcans outside the main doors of the property were overflowing with trash on the ground. Our room as very hot and the wi-fi didn't work.

Parking was insufficient, the Staff was great, breakfast was okay, the room was good.

my room was not cleaned even after i requested it when i asked the young man he said he could not do anything about it. he told me if i wanted clean towels i had to bring the dirty ones to him.. i called their 1-800 number and they talked to the young man and told him to bring me towels to bring to me and he didntl the customer service people assured me someone would get in touch with me and no one has. i feel like if i wanted a clean room i was going to have to do it myself.

Definitely a change in ownership.

Mattresses were terribly lumpy. Air conditioning was not working well. Bathroom was pretty gross, honestly - grime on the walls, dirty toilet and shower, no toilet paper holder at all. Would not stay here again.

My room had no air conditioning, so we were told we could receive a refund. We were checked out of the hotel less than an hour after we checked in. They had no other rooms available. I haven't received my refund yet, and this was weeks ago. I messaged the hotel and no answer. There were also zero parking spaces available, and several people were parking in the fire lanes.

Not the worst I've been at but need more clean towels, shampoo, soap. Also pillows were not not very good.

Front desk was really helpful. I came in after surgery and they hit me a wheelchair and have us a bottom floor room.

Breakfast was at best lacking variety and appeal.

Check in was prompt. Room was good shape. Alarm by bed went off during the night. We had not set. The breakfast was not nutritious. The hotel was a great location. I had to request a statement. Good value for price.

Clean room. Exit blocked by many laundry baskets. Exits are essential in case of fire. Not a small mistake.

Full trash cans for days (exactly 3 days to empty) Elevator broke down twice in a week...

Clean room, friendly staff, decent breakfast, pool, fitness center. Only issue was elevator was not working one of the evenings.
