Full trash cans for days (exactly 3 days to empty) Elevator broke down twice in a week...

Clean room, friendly staff, decent breakfast, pool, fitness center. Only issue was elevator was not working one of the evenings.

Everything was good except for the stench coming from the bathroom shower where the water drains. Sewage smell that was pretty rank.

Cleanliness and very professional staff

Staff greets you upon entering and provides prompt check in service. Rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast was just okay. All-in-all a very good travel experience.

Good price for the room but very nasty housekeeping

Upon checking in at 11pm the room was average. I had to change rooms because the bathroom had dried feces on the toilet. The room wasn’t cleaned properly. We were offered a new room which had a half roll of toilet paper, when I requested more they said I had to come for it myself, we never received room service within the two days of staying. It's handy to West Texas Vascular The ice machine was broken except the first floor

Great staff, comfortable room, good breakfast. Our first stay everything was perfect. This time we had a light out in the bathroom and the shower pressure was weak. Also, no hangers in the closet.

Breakfast was good and staff was nice. The room was dirty and smelled like smoke could have been the old carpet the was trash on the bathroom floor and 2 light didn't work, the main light and bathroom light. Pillows were uncomfortable.

Front desk girl was extremely rude. Nothing worked like it was supposed to. We lost power for a little bit and they did nothing to fix it. To be honest this was a complete waste of money and we were traveling for surgery with a kid. Worst hotel we have ever been at Staff was extremely rude and not helpful

The friendly staff and the convenient location directly across from the hospital made my stay especially memorable. During a difficult time, their kindness and the easy access to the hospital made a big difference.
