Guest House Inn

Very clean hotel with attentive staff. Parking was a bit tight, but okay. All rooms seemed to be on the 2nd and 3rd floors with the reception desk and breakfast area on the first floor. Beds were comfortable, linens nice. Rooms had carpet.

This is a good bargain for an overnight stay. It is close to the Texas Tech campus, which makes for an excellent location. It is an older property without many amenities, but it is clean.

The rooms are clean and the staff was very helpful. They always had a smile and made me feel welcome.

The rooms were large and very clean and our AC was very cold. It is an older hotel but has been taken care of. Would stay here again.

The water pressure and shower was excellent. I loved having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The hotel was quiet and safe. It was only about 5 minutes from the hospital which was nice when having a loved one in ICU. The only thing I could suggest is having a variety of spreads and yogurt other than strawberry. There are a lot of people in the world allergic to strawberries and I am one of them. The in-room coffee was good. I've had brands in hotels that were not, but theirs has a nice flavor. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The air conditioner worked well, and the elevator was nice to have. The ladies that worked the desk were kind and friendly. The rooms, breakfast area, and parking lot were clean. It is close to a Marketplace grocery, a Family Dollar, and a Starbucks. You can get reasonable gas on the premises of Marketplace grocery. Everything you need is close if you stay here and need to be at UMC. It would have been better to have a choice of yogurt besides strawberry for the continental breakfast though I enjoyed the other things they had.

I've had a wonderful stay at the Guest House Inn. The property is kept clean, and the rooms are spotless and rooms comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome with their friendly and helpful service. A major highlight was the shower, which had incredible water pressure and plenty of hot water. The air conditioning also worked perfectly, keeping the room delightfully cool against the Texas summer. The breakfast is from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM every morning with cereal, milk, toast, bagels, and a make-your-own Texas-shaped waffle station. I extended my stay :)

For an older hotel the rooms were updated. The room and hotel smelled great. The rooms were clean and we had no issues.

The room was clean and the ac worked well. There was everything needed to make for a comfortable stay. It was a good mattress, mini fridge and microwave. I will stay here again when I visit Lubbock.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The stairways and elevator doors could use a bit more maintenance. The breakfast was good, with strong coffee, waffles, fresh fruit, and yogurt. Thank you for the wonderful welcome and hospitality
