Room was clean and the front desk staff was very friendly, but the hotel was very rundown and disorganized looking. vending machines were broken too

Extremely Clean Room, Friendly Staff, Very good experience!!

Our rooms were canceled when I only canceled one out of the 3 rooms booked. Cheap To pets still showed our confirmation but the property did not. We were stuck scrambling at 11:30pm for rooms for the night before my daughter re graduation. I had to pay an extra $105 over the amount originally booked. Extremely unhappy and expect a refund of the $105 at the very least.

Although not a fancy, new hotel, the Guesthouse Inn was very nice. Our room was spotlessly cleaned! The bathroom was well stocked, the AC worked well and our dog was welcomed!!’ We’ll stay there again if the occasion arises!!’

This is an older/modest motel, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a good value and I would stay here again.

Staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean. Ice machine looked old. Breakfast was okay; buy coffee at a local coffee shop.

The soap dispenser in the shower was empty or broken. The upholstered chair in my room was very stained. The TV advised to press select to watch TV, pressing select brought up the settings menu. The coffee, was, mmm, horrible? Cheap but wouldn't stay here again.

I will stay at this hotel every time I visit Lubbock, which is quite frequently. The lobby is immaculate. The hallways are clean and quiet throughout the day and night. My room was also very clean, and the bed was nice and comfortable. One great surprise was the laminated TV guide listing all the channels. The hotel is located away from major highways and noisy traffic and plenty of parking is available. I won't even consider other hotels in Lubbock after staying here.

Worst: Ice machine was gross, needs replacing! AC in room was not on & it was extremely hot upon arrival & never did cool down in restroom. Despite a few improvements the whole place is really old & rundown.

I was in Lubbock because my mother was in ICU initially if I’m in your room, I put two people my brother was been able to get off work and come to Lubbock. They refuse to let him stay cause I hadn’t told them initially that there was going to be three even though I had two beds, it’s been a week and a half that we’ve been up here paying for a hotel rooms, but I had to rent a whole another room in another hotel for my brother because they refuse to let him stay with me in my room. It’s been an emotional roller coaster. This hotel was so ridiculous on every level I guess cause it’s conveniently located next to the hospitals. One might stay there, but I would recommend definitely picking somewhere else and not this place.

This is a bit difficut to fimd. All was OK to good except the bathroom. The towels are very thin and the worst part is that there ws mold growing on the tile around the tub. O doubt that I will visit again. On the positive side the staff is very njice and helpful .

Good and reasonable in price. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I go once a month to visit family and this is where I stay.

Need more comfortable beds

Very clean hotel with attentive staff. Parking was a bit tight, but okay. All rooms seemed to be on the 2nd and 3rd floors with the reception desk and breakfast area on the first floor. Beds were comfortable, linens nice. Rooms had carpet.

Coffee was way too strong.
