Nothing, very old building Nothing was good, way overpriced, and I didn't spend one night, because my flight was delayed so I asked for a refund, the answer was it wasn't their fault,

The staff was very friendly & I liked the location. The a/c was comfortable but could’ve been a little cooler & the smoke alarm in our room started to beep ever so often. However, we could’ve notified the desk & they would’ve checked it all out. Since it was close to midnight we chose to not disturb anyone.

Definitely a dated property that needs updating. Very convenient location, but it needs a complete update from top to bottom. It’s TTU Parents weekend, so rooms were hard to find and expensive. This was not worth the money, but better than nothing

It was pretty nice. Everybody was nice. Customer service was nice rooms. Incredible. No complaints.

We stayed at Guest House Inn because it was close to Galaxy/Jones stadium. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The amenities offered were all we needed. It was a no frills hotel, but the beds and linens were nice. With a senior discount in a full hotel with a big event, we were pleased with the one night stay. We will stay there again.

Clean, comfortable, free breakfast (unexpected as it wasn't listed as having this but they told us when we checked in so a nice surprise), great value for money, very friendly staff. Had a microwave and kitchenette in the room which was a bonus although we didnt use ours. For what you pay for it has everything you need really, and I'm say very clean on the whole. Would come back, so highly recommend. Our face towels were dirty, but there's an abundance of towels and the rest were all very clean, we just used tissue for our face instead so I put this down to an anomaly/exception as the place itself was really clean, especially the bathroom. The inly other very minor things I would say but again very minor is I felt silly that I had to call front desk as I couldn't figure out how to stop the water coming from the spout and make it come from the shower head, it's not a normal lever on the top of the tap/spout and my partner couldn't figure it out either as it's not like one's we've used anywhere else in the world we've travelled to; it's underneath the spout where the water comes out and you have to pull it down. The gentleman at the front desk kindly came up and showed me rather than give instructions on the phone (very simple in the end) but maybe some basic instructions would help unassuming guests and save them time from having to come up to the room.
