Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Lubbock

Breakfast was diverse. We had several options and grab and go options. The staff maintaining the breakfast and morning area were wonderful. Kept the area neat and clean! The curtains in our room were not in the best shape or clean, but other than that the room was comfortable.

The room wasn’t the cleanest and the smell in the room was not pleasant! Staff was very helpful and friendly!

Our rooms bathroom had a loose tile on the floor lots of grout missing. Several areas around tub need repair cleaned

Had great breakfast every morning, staff was friendly and helpful and rooms were large and beds comfortable.

great staff,great breakfast. great place for kids and families. My only issue is where the ac is at faces directly to the bed,with the cold going directly into the bed leaving the rest of the room feeling warm.

Very well maintained and clean property. Loved all the amenities. The bar was really nice as well. Staff were very helpful and assisted us with all of our needs. The only issue we had during our stay was the room keys. We had to get them reprogrammed at least 3x’s. The staff quickly resolved the issue each time without hesitation. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a nice hotel in a nice location

The room initially looked clean, but at night roaches were coming from the microwave and cabinet areas. When I told lady at the front desk she acted surprised and I was told they will look into it. I checked out before that ever happened. I definitely will never stay there again. And wouldn't recommend it.

Close to Texas Tech University. Just an OK hotel. The public areas in the hotel and inside the rooms was very dark. The lighting wasn't good.

Room was spacious and enough for what we needed. Only thing I’d change is the comfort of the pillow and cleanliness / smell.

Very Clean

It was an absolutely great day. It was my first time with my boyfriend, traveling to Lubbock on my own with me and him alone so I was a little anxious that the room would not be great, but it was absolutely awesome. Had storage space for all of our food because we did travel on a budget. Overall, it was really really nice and the front desk guy was very very awesome. And one of the other girls at checkout was also very awesome.

I would stay there again to rest for the night while traveling.

All in all great value for the price. The neighborhood was a little rough and if your on the 2nd floor , you will hear the Jamin music from the 1st floor until 10pm

The hotel needs some updating. Lobby felt empty and cold.
