The hotel is pet friendly, this is most definitely a win... most of the staff was nice, the breakfast was filling and the juice was tasty

All of the staff was very kind and helpful. Loved the pool and hot tub. The door to our bathroom was a little saggy, like the top hinge needed to be tightened, and dragged on the ground.

For the most part, staff is always very nice. The beds are comfortable, love that the rooms have a pullout couch, the small table and the little kitchen like area. Breakfast is very good and Gabriel is always very nice kind and make sure that we have everything that we need. I think the only thing that I can say that I don’t like is that it gets very hot in the hallways and I think this time there was a guest at the pool that was wearing some inappropriate clothing, especially around young children

The pool was really nice, the breakfast was delicious, and no one bothered us at our stay The elevator sounded like it was going to break, but it was safe so it was ok and it didn’t break which of course is good

Average for a one night stay. There were a lot people that look like they were there long term. Probably working in the area. I can understand that, but when families are staying at night or two, the long term folks can be intimidating.

Clean an comfortable room The internet was spotty the room and we didn’t have hot water, it was lukewarm most of the time

Receptionist with no obvious ethics. She threatened to move us out of the hotel due to my kids being noisy. It was around 9 when we came back. Kids were horseplaying and after some time we received a phone call from receptionist with a noise complain. I calmed my kids down and they were not horseplaying any more. Nevertheless, after around 20-30 minutes we received another phone call from receptionist with noise complain (per receptionist somebody was fighting). She didn't want to listen that this time it wasn't us and she threatened me saying that if she receives another complain she will move us out from the hotel. Long story short - worst hotel experience I had so far.

Pretty good hotel, only issue was key card stoped working randomly but the front fixed quickly.

The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Clean and comfortable.

Large room The beds were too high. Toilet was too low.

Indoor pool and the breakfast

It was a very nice place and a very nice room. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and not always someone behind the desk. Also, the parking lot really sucks the only entrance and exit is very difficult to navigate and not clearly marked.

The wheelchair accessible room was very accommodating. The beds on the other hand were subpar. The pillows were very solid. Suggest bringing your own pillow!!
