The beds were extremely uncomfortable and were made up with the sheets jammed between the mattress, Pillow were too soft as well. I would not stay there again.

I slept terribly and was exhausted as a result. The mattress was very squishy and unsupportive. It was definitely worn out and needed to be replaced. Also, the AC/heat did not work well; you can't just run a fan in order to have some air flow, so we were stuck in a cycle of having the unit cool the room; then stop, and it didn't kick on again until it was uncomfortably hot. So I was on and off with covers all night as well as the bed itself being in quite poor condition. The property itself was ok, but you can see wear and tear like tiles broken/loose and so on. The staff were fine, as far as we interacted with them and the pool looked nice, just looking at it as we walked by. Decent coffee in the morning.

The beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. I actually slept the best and all night long.

We were greeted warmly upon entering the hotel. The staff was efficient, friendly and very kind! The rooms were clean, well maintained, very spacious and so comfortable!! Would 100% stay there again.

The room is clean, staff is very nice, I requested a room which is close to the pool. The indoor pool is one of best hotel pools I have ever stayed. The pool is about 11 meter long and the pool water heated to about 84F which is perfect for hotel guests. Breakfast is good and parking is easy. The location is good, only 6 min drive to Stearns Park

The pool and the hot tub area was clean. Both the pool and hot tub were on the larger side of most hotels. During my stay the hot tub jets were not working but it was still enjoyable. Breakfast was okay. But in the evening they'd offered fresh baked cookies that were really delicious. The staff were all accommodating and friendly.
