Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room and property were very clean. Breakfast was delicious, appreciated that coffee and hot water were available all day long! Parking was plentiful. Location was slightly away from downtown, but a quick drive away. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Pool area was clean and large enough to enjoy, also an oversized hot tub! Highly recommend this property.

Every year, we go to Ludington to go to the beach. This is the either the second or third year we've stayed here and this time around, they communicated via text messages. I liked that because for me, it was easier to ask for things that I keep forgetting to ask. Thank you for making our stay great

Had to ask to have bed made and bathroom cleaned one morning.

Very motivated staff.i left a tip for the maid. The maid left a note saying she didn’t know if it was if she was supposed to take it and if I wanted it back to let the desk know. I thought that was nice if not strange. Is it unusual to leave tips?
