Brand new very clean and staff great

The hotel was absolutely clean and nice and would definitely stay here again. The only glitch was I was unable to pay with my Hilton points at check-in.

Amber was great , very friendly and helpful at an unusual hour of checkout.

Nice brand-new hotel that had only been open for about a month. That being said, breakfast was a bust. I won't get into details because there are always "bugs" to work out with new staff. However, I travel with 4-6 hotel stays per year and this was probably the worst breakfast I've had. Other than that, my wife and I were very happy with the room, bed, pillows, bathroom, cleanliness and location.

It was terrible. Expedia allowed us to book a room when the Hampton wasn't open. It was extremely inconvenient having to frantically look for another room for the night in the area.

It was terrible because Expedia allowed us to book a room when the Hampton wasn’t even open!!! It would be nice if Expedia kindly gave us a stay for our inconvenience to having to look for another room for the night in the area.

This is a new hotel that already looks dated. Wallpaper already peeling off the walls in our bathroom and multiple holes in the walls which looks like it was from things that they had hung previously that did not stay on the wall. The grass around the hotel was probably 5 in tall. Bed was exceptionally comfortable as expected when you stay in a Hampton Inn. Breakfast was missing key things such as yogurt and fruit, not up to typical Hampton standards there. Location was a great place.

Hotel pool was not operational even though on line they stated it was working. When I checked in I was told I did not have a double queen room and was told I could get two separate rooms even though I am traveling with a 10 year old and 13 year old. TV was not working. Called downstairs to get help and no one came. Went down stairs 30 minutes later and then someone followed me up. Overall I wish I could get my money back. I will not be staying at a Hampton inn again.

When I arrived, I was informed that no room was available because the hotel had been overbooked. What made the situation even more disappointing was the complete lack of apology or assistance in finding alternative accommodations.

I booked the room 3.5 months ago for the Gus Macker tournament weekend. My family and I tried to check in - and they ran out of rooms due to overbooking. So despite having a confirmed reservation with confirmation number, we had no room to check into and we learned that at 9:00p at night. The only remedy offered was to waive the cancellation fee (which was just so crazy to us given we did not cause the situation).
