Had problems with our air conditioning. Staff responded quickly. Rooms could use many updates.

This is a great location 2 blocks from the beach and very close to downtown. The owner was very quick with a change of towels when we asked or to fix clogged plumbing. We had plenty of space in the room. It worked perfectly for our stay.

This place really wasn't very clean.

The main issue I have with this place is the mold in the room air conditioner. I have pictures. I talked with the owner (who is from India, but no judgement) who said, "we clean, we clean." I showed her the pictures. I was concerned about all of the other ppl staying there using the air conditioner. I told the owner they could get sick. Blank face. Will not be staying there again.

We booked a small double bed. The room was not inhabitable. Crawling bugs, dirty sheets, dead bugs in corners and along the baseboard. This place looked nothing like online photos. They did give us another room and asked us to pay more. Which we declined. We asked for a refund which we was denied. After much hassle,they gave us another room at no extra cost. The room was habitable. I would never stay there again.

Great location, gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. The room was clean and just as described. Breakfast was cereal, yogurt, mini muffins, bagels, juice and coffee. I would stay again if I'm back in the area.
