Nice location quiet setting nice jacuzzi cup Did not like the fact that they did not open pool until 11:00 a.m. I'm early morning riser like to get an early morning swimming they need to more cater to the guest in that aspect.. most places open their pool early so people can get an early morning swimming especially at $200 a night

The property was very well maintained with the inground pool, which was very clean lounge chairs, tables, and chairs adequate amount. our room was clean, large and comfortable. It was in a good location. The grounds with the gazebo was a nice added touch. We sat in there in the evening and the gazebo was lit up. We would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Luddington.

The overall value compared to other locations nearby was great. The proximity to restaurants, the city park by the water, and the main highway nearby was good. Checking in and out was easy. The amenities were pretty dated. Cleanliness was average. The bed was quite firm.

Very clean rooms. Nothing special but they worked for having a room to come back to. Pool was nice. Area was safe and quiet.

The place was a good deal for the price. Other than lashes in the toilet, a cookie under the chair and a little frog in the bathroom, everything was very clean. The rooms were a little smelly, but it was quiet and there even were some breakfast items available. We would stay there again.

We have stayed here many times. Great location. The pool and hot tub on site are nice amenities. Staff is always nice and welcoming.
