It’s seen better days. A pity as it used to be much better. Needs a rehaul. It’s seen better days. A pity as it used to be much better. Needs a rehaul, an updating. Bathroom was clean. Beds comfortable but the overall vibe was a bit down-at-heel. Disappointing.

The outside of the property is a little run down but cute with the way it is set up. However, that is probably the only upside. Even though it is supposed to be a non smoking room the room smelt so bad like cigarettes'. Our air conditioner also wasn't working when we arrived. After speaking with the front desk the man running it when we checked in agreed to come look at it. When he arrived at our room he unplugged the lamp plugged into the same outlet as the air conditioner and plugged the air conditioner into the same section of the outlet that the lamp had been in. The air conditioner then came on and he shared with us that only one plug in of the outlet works. This was the case throughout the room. They clearly have a serious electrical problem. I was also told that the room did not smell like smoke. The towels were clean but crusty and hard. The towel rack in the room was falling out of the wall. The toilet handle kept falling off the toilet and there were bugs crawling around the bathroom. The air-conditioned even on did nothing to cool the room down. One of the worst parts were the cigarrete burn holes in the comforters on the bed. This place was so dirty. There were hand and finger prints everywhere. The paint was chipping in the bathroom and literally falling off the wall. If we hadn't booked through booking.com, making it not an option to get our money back we would have left an hour after arrival and demanded our money back. We were supposed to stay two nights but 1 was all we could manage. The smoke smell made my lungs ache and my nose run. WE barely slept and couldn't wait to get out of there. You would be better off staying in your car than at this property.

Great budget oriented Motel that's five minutes from the mountain. Simple, clean, friendly helpful owners with local knowledge of where to dine. Nothing.

There is nothing to like. Place was dirty, sheets and comforters stained, room smelled like god knows what. Guy at the front desk acted annoyed at us just checking in. WiFi doesn’t work (no big deal but why advertise it) and the towels and linens had a strange crusty feeling. Didn’t shower or sleep under the blankets. Don’t stay here.

Staff gave off crappy and weird vibes. Not worth the stay. I would much rather stay in Chester, Vermont which is 15 minutes away from ludlow. Don’t stay here.

It was clean The outside was a mess and uninviting. My door would not shut because the frame being split. Appeared some one tried to get in at some point and was never fixed. I was not offered another room. He just nailed the frame back together. He was also rude.

Clean, quiet, rooms with refrigerator and microwave, attentive owner, and right on the Okemo ski shuttle bus route A tiny bit hard to find, as its listed address isn't exactly the street you go on to get there

Location. Its perfect for skiing at Okemo. No frills, could use a bit of polish, but owner was nice, room was big if not a little thread-bare, but overall. It fit the bill.

Location was great. Large room. Comfortable bed and instant hot water for a shower. Ease of access to room, moving luggage into and out of room. Walkable distance to several excellent restaurants. Not fancy, but very satisfactory accommodations for the price.
