Good

Bed was comfortable and the bedding was good. Everything seemed to work okay. There were a number of signs that the facility needed updating or repair. Ceiling in room by window had paint peeling off, possibly water Damage, tube had rust spots, room was poorly light and some lights flickered, trim around elevator had duct tape on it to fix something, not sure what. Also, TV was old and TV guide in room was different from actual channeling on the tv.

Breakfast was wonderful. A gentleman who seemed to be in charge of the area set up a table so the four of us could sit together. He could not have been more accommodating and friendly!

The rooms can benefit from a renovation as they are but outdated and the tub in my hotel room was damaged. Additionally, the WiFi connection wasn’t the best.

Staff was wonderful to get us checked in. Nice clean rooms. Awesome breakfast! Chef kept coming out and making sure we had everything we needed for breakfast.

The breakfast and the person presenting was top tier. It was different from what I am use to with continental breakfast but it was very welcoming and warm and love that the food was hot and fresh. The bathroom had a very bad smell, I went to dollar tree to get some cleaning wipes and spray to disinfect and clean the room so that it will have a fresh smell. The smell was awful as soon as you enter the room it had a foul smell of crap coming from and around the toilet area that had lingered throughout the room on the inside

I believe the breakfast has room for improvement.No coffee available.

We always stay at the hotel for Maryland State Fair, but it's starting to fall apart. The shower curtain was torn. The bath tub is all stained. We really come because of Chilli's.
